Why dont you print this email out and attached if to a cover letter informing them you had not received an email before. Its no big deal. They have given you 30 days. Attach this email and send the demand draft and passports as requested.ajaypal29 said:NEED URGENT HELP FROM SENIORS/ ALL
Some of you might remember my case where I for the MR but no Passport / PRPF request on 13-Feb. After 3-4 unanswered emails and case specific queries to NDVO, today I get an email which is as follows:
Dear Applicant :
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
Please refer to our letter dated 13 February 2014, wherein we had requested you to send us the Passport and RPRF, which we have not received the same so far. Please arrange to send us the same ASAP.
If any fee payments are outstanding on your file, kindly follow the following link for information:
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng
Please submit the requested information or documents within 30 days from the date of this email. Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.
This is after checking my email of 13-Feb at least a thousand times which has no mention of RPRF whatsoever.
Anyways, assuming I lost the email somehow (I have a yahoo account and keep checking spam folder as well so dont know how though), what do I do? Please guide me on the next steps as I do not have the original RPRF request.
Can I send my passport without a formal request? Is there a chance of losing them?
What are the other formalities to be carried out? Can someone share there requests from NDVO so that I know what it looks like!
Please INBOX me or REPLY but do help me as I am at this critical juncture not faced by anyone else who is a NDVO applicant.
Many thanks!

Once they start processing, u will get 2nd line in ECAS, after which u will get medical request (once background and rechecking everything gets finished).
Hope this helps...

Thanks Priya, SAP_BW. I guess I will do that and send my passports with this cover letter. Is there a link / post that can help me understand about passport submission process / RPRF? Your help is greatly appreciated.SAP_BW said:Hi friend
I was about to write what Priya said, she is right, print of email is enough. Send cover letter too.
All the best.
Since I do not have a formal email I can refer to for PPR and RPRF, can someone please guide me on the process and documents I need to send?? It might sound desperate but time is really running out for me and without the email its like working with a blindfold on! Request opinions / suggestions / guidance!ajaypal29 said:Thanks Priya, SAP_BW. I guess I will do that and send my passports with this cover letter. Hi!devkis said:Hi vedi. Glad to help you with a few of the points here.
1. I did my medicals at Ruby Hall in Pune. The procedure took 3 hours. Eye check-up, blood/ urine samples, x-ray, physical check-up by the panel doctor.
2. I called the hospital in advance to check what all I need to bring with me. You can do the same with Fortis. Here is what I took with me.
2a. MR forms
2b. MR letter and email
2c. Medical history records
2d. Five photographs as per specifications on the CIC site
2e. Medical prescriptions from my family doc
3. After the medicals, the hospital gave me two things
3a. Original receipts of the bill payment
3b. A photocopy of the MR form - filled with my info, photo, and panel doctors signature. They kept the original with them
4. Following is what I sent to NDVO
4a. Cover Letter
4b. MR email and MR Letter
4c. Original receipts of medical bill payment (Please maintain a photocopy for your records)
4d. Photocopy of the filled-up MR form that hospital gave me (item 3b above. Please maintain a copy for your records)
4e. RPRF DD - I made it in INR from Bank of Baroda.
4f. All passports (old and new)
5. I sent the whole package through VFS. They charged me Rs. 2580 (Rs. 645 per applicant. And we are four of us on my application - total 9 passports and one PIO card).
6. Adrenaline had shared a cover letter draft, which I used for my letter as well. I am sharing it here, in case if you want to use it.

Many thanks and god bless!! Its very informative and I am preparing my cover letter on this basis. Can I pay RPRF online on this link: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/lineofbusiness.do . I have tried the link without filling up the CC details in the end and it was working. Or should I make a DD? Is there a return envelope I need to add in the pack (stamped?)?rromo4ka said:Hi!
