Hi All,

For occupation code 2174 I have sent my application which reached them on 8-Aug-2013.

Till now I did not receive any email or returned application forms mail.


I have already sent couple of emails to followup, but there is no response.

Please suggest what shall I do now.

Have your DD or CC cashed? If not maybe you should keep trying to contact them, if its been cashed well just wait for further notice, hope this help you a little

Sorry for the late update..

Sincere thanks to all the members here without whose support, this wouldn't have been possible. We received our Passports with the visas stamped on April 9,2014.

Please update. We plan to land in July in Toronto. Hope to see some of you there. Congrats to all those who have received the visas and goodluck to the rest of the members. God Bless.

Dear vamshi2174, I think 2174 NOC was closed (cap reached) by the time your application reached in August. In all likelihood, they would be sending your application back. You may check with CIC as they need to return your package with originals and the application fee. Best of luck for 2015.

My file is ready to send to CIO, NS for FSW NOC cat.
I am stuck with following points please help me on urgent basis.

No birth Certificate for Child, We have a baby boy of 10 years, an affidavit from parents mentioning his date of birth, place of birth will be fine? until we get his birth certificate from concern depart.

No marriage certificate, Marriage certificate is in process, an affidavit stating the same will be ok or not, any other supporting documents required like marriage photo graph, wedding card please let us know.

There is hardly any time left to complete the documents. We would be very gratefully to you if you guide me and help me out for the situation.

As per my personal opinion, your file will be considered as incomplete due to these documents (Marriage Certificate and Child Birth Certificate,
However I will strongly recommend you to send your application with an affidavit and also a detailed explanation letter that why you can't submit these documents and you will submit your documents later on as soon as you got it, bcz only 12 days left to close the above FSW and the next will come in 2015 and with lots of changes.
If your file will be rejected ??? then you will loose only courier charges, which is hardly matter and if accepted ;D you wil be in Canada within a year

Submit everything you have and for the documents you dont write a letter explaining why ( this really helps them, if you can give them a date as to when you can submit it by it might be helpful) and hope they will consider you, considering its the end of the Race.
