Guys, I need a sincere Advise regarding my aplication

I will be sending my application on 25 Nov and expect to reach 29 Nov , NOC 2263 . My Spouse ielts result will be out on 22 Nov

THE CAP filled IS 145 AND according to this forum , CIC is working on end august files, that means about 3 months pendency ,

While calculating average from may 5th till august end of 145 CAP - its 1.25 PER / day . and If we expect same for the rest three months Ie august end to Nov end iE 90 days x 1.25 = Apprx 113-115 more files will be added to cap when they will be start working on November end files.

This means 145+115 = The cap should be somewhere 260-270 when the operation of Nov end files by CIC for NOC 2263 will be in progress.

Should I count myself IN if I apply on 25th November or should I wait for next year

Please suggest , as I have done lot of hard work in gathering docs and don't want to get all in vain. :( :(

Regards

Just give it a try. It won't hurt.

Hi Veejay,

since you application reach CIC in August and you are in NOC 2147, then you did not make it in the CAP this year. According to our tracking, that cap was reach sometime in July.

Don't give up and better luck next year.

Neo, I think you stand and chance and will make it in the CAP, so don't hesitate to send your application ASAP.

After sending your app, don't forget to add your details to the spreadsheet, so that we can provide valuable info for other members.

Good luck!!!

5000 or 3000 doesn't matter, how can we wake up those lazy Visa Offices? It is one kind of discrimination one part of people in the world getting visa early and other parts don't have any progress. It is really frustrating!!
Patience... no need to frustrate as they (former cic minister) had already made it public that “ new intake (fsw-2013) have no priority and qued back after MI-I (2/2008 to 6/2009) applicants.
As there is a huge backlog at LVO and NDVO also data on different threads shows that these visa offices are currently processing applicants from a single pool of previous applicants..
Now, the only question left is that:
-will they gona mix the new applicants with previous? No one knows..
However, my personal thinking is that London / NDVO start sending MR after clearing MI-III appllicants may be at the end of first quarter of 2014…
comming one or two months speaks volume qua.. 8)

hi everyone i am one of those silent spectators who appear once in evry 2 months i hav a concern i applied on 21aug my concern is dat my passport expiring on 2015jan if evrythin goes smoothly i think i ll get ppr in june july (hypothet)2014 so keeping in mind that they give you pr visa for 1 yr or expiry date on passport i. ll get only 6 months to land which i don t want as my family is going too and more d time we get to land better we can plan so my ques is should i apply for fresh passport altogether which is hassle free in new delhi ppoffice or should go for renewal as i have already submitted my current pp details to cic my agent is asking to apply for fresh but i think it wont have my old pp details so :-Xhelp

Will be happy if u count SGVO also...coz this one is the most slowest VO ever in the world so far i know!!

Lots of MI-2,3 are waiting for their MR for more than 2 yrs!!

I have no clue! Honestly, I don't care as far as I've got the required points (67+)

I said .. for 8 years, reference letter from previous employers, with full details of duties, number of working hours per week and details of salary and benefits.

I applied for NOC 0213 - Project Management, where I provided a reference letter for 2 years when I was working as a Project Management Consultant (2005 and 2006) then from April 2012 - to application date (June 2013) from my current employer in Canada as Senior Project Manager.

I also provided 3 years reference letter as a Director of MBA program and Faculty Member (2007-2009), I also provided a reference letter of 2 years of experience as General Manager for software development company (2010 and 2011), then I resigned and travelled to Canada to pursue my PhD studies!

I think they only considered the experience related to the NOC that I applied for! this is only my thought!!
Hope this helps!

you only get points for your NOC related experience, CIC has nothing to do with other jobs you had in the past years.
