Please update if any communication anyone has received.
As looking on spreadsheet, one of our member @ welcomecanada (applied on May 13th, 2013) from NDVO has received AOR from NDVO, but no one else reported the same.

Please update accordingly if any of us receive the acknowledgement from New Delhi Visa office

I have also not heard from NDVO till now.

App received 15 May and PER 23 Aug.

Please guide

what is the meaning of cap , 300 complete application or 300 application processed at v.o

1. if 300 complete application are quanted in cap than , if they are rejected in later process what we will they to fill these gap
2. and if 300 @ V.O than what is your view....

please guide these process not as per FIFO method...

It should be Counted after sending PER.... And application rejected at VO level can not be replanish with new one..... CIC is counting CAp limit for Completed applications.... Which again end up at PER.....

Nice observation!

See, they will take 300 which are completed or 300 PER , then they will update site and declare no more file for xxxxxxx occupation.

If any files are rejected by local vo then what will happen, either they will process who are through with entire process , it could be 300 , 290 or any number based on rejection at later stage.

They know the rejection could be maximum 10% which will not affect to third demand , as we know 300 applicant make huge difference in particular occupation!!! So it doesn't matter if they are getting 250 or 200 applicant!!

It's huge country , and current cap 300 is too small so it reduce again by 20 or 30 ,doesn't bother to

Just to inform, a guy got his PER on 9th August from my agent, his file reached on 11 May, Paid through DD .. financial analyst.

which means applicant after 15th june are not having any chances to go under this cap , which means they will return the application after they accepted on there desk ..

LOL SBI cant set there own rules, all banks have to follow RBI guidelines..BRO we r in d same boat even myy dd is of SBI bank.. purchase date 8/5/13 expires on 8/8/13.. as per 3 months validity file received 31/5/13 1112 applicant.. i m still waitin my dd is encashed or not. coz u get 2 no aftr 15 days 1nce yur dd is encashed...

I have a question about color coding of the spreadsheet.
what does light blue mean ? some of them have the receipt date of the app by VO, some don't.
Does it mean all light blue people can see " in process" in the online system? and some of them who have the date of receipt by VO, have received an email from VO? is this email AOR ?
has VO received their app physically? I mean all papers?
Are the light blue people without a date waiting for email? Do all VOs send this email ?

If so, what if the app fails at that very first stage, will they also issue an UCI for that app too while returning?

They issue UCI no. only when your application is complete and correct, if ur file is not complete or incorrect they return ur file without UCI. After completeness check they put UCI no. on ur file and place in queue for assessing against MI.

Serious ?? u sure ? Oh that's a relief ... Even though I hired a consultant to do the job, but as long as I myself don't do anything (Filing in this case) I can not trust anyone .. I am always worrying the consultant would either make some mistake or something ... and that's y it is so late I haven't got anything yet.

i have heard that an UCI number is issued regarded of the status. Everyone gets one once they receive an application. Thats why even people who have applied for tourist visa in the past have gotten it. Are you sure?
