can any one expalin why catagory 2243 industrial instrument technician and mechanic is not in the list of fst and it has been added in the fswp
my basic qualification is B.Sc electronics +MBA finance and my job description matches with 2243 with addition of some commercial parts like vendor management and other finance terms of purchasing instruments for plant can i apply under the same catagory ? 2243

When sending the supporting documents to CIC it should be attested document or just a normal copy of the original one.Also is there any specification like the document has to be send through Government post or we can use private couriers like DHL,TNT etc ?

Notarized Copies are recommended, however the document checklist says normal copies for all docs other than translated documents.

You can use any courier service of your choice.

Thanks GMP_13 .. The reason why I asked whether we need to provide notarized copy or not is because here in London it is very expensive to notarize. Notaries are charging min £5.00 per copy.

anyway here are my details:
Visa Office: Cairo
NOC: 2174
App sent: May 4th.
App Received: May 9th.
Payment method: DD
DD Withdrawn: July 9th.
PER received: July 12th.

So far i haven't received anything from Cairo visa office till now.

You have to call there Mumbai Forex department of Corporation Bank.

I have a query. I called up CIC last week and today also to ask for UCI.. Both time fortunately I got nice person to talk to. When both times they try to find me on database, they were unable to find me. Please guide my as application reached on 7 June, is it too early to call them or my file is returned..

To know the status of your application by calling cic from outside canada
dial - 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback

Does that means RBC is the main culprit... DD issued frm other bank don have such issues ...
