I think one of them have copy pasted other message and changed his/her details. Anyways, good observation skills

I have a personal impression that completeness check is performed about 4 weeks after an application has been received by CIO. This explains why Raj0078 and Marta's applications were returned within 31-35 days. Final verdict for eligibility is made in a certain time frame around time when other applications for corresponding days are being charged. So according to this assumption CIO updates reflect these applications which received PERs.
And also i feel that not everybody in sincere way fill Reason column for Applications returned. : This the last thought is only my impression and forgive me if I offended someone. ;D

Well, we have that aerospace engineer case. It can be a charged application that got no PER and was removed from the counting.

I have a query. I called up CIC last week and today also to ask for UCI.. Both time fortunately I got nice person to talk to. When both times they try to find me on database, they were unable to find me. Please guide my as application reached on 7 June, is it too early to call them or my file is returned..

Please forgive me if i am asking stupid question.. . When sending the supporting documents to CIC it should be attested document or just a normal copy of the original one.Also is there any specification like the document has to be send through Government post or we can use private couriers like DHL,TNT etc ?

i knew you are from Cairo same as me from the sheet, i got my PER on July 12th and so far haven't got any news from Cairo visa office.
i called the embassy but they said that i have to send an email, so i did but no updates regarding the AOR of my file.
lets keep each other updated in case anything new came up.

Hello Marko .. Welcome to the forum and congrats on ur PER .. the same exactly happened to me .. I received PER on 10th July and contacted Cairo VO by phone they answered the same and sent them e-mails twice since 3 & 2 weeks ago with no reply yet .. today I called them again they told that they r overloaded and expect reply to ur e-mail by nex week .. I dought that .. but by now no news yet ... anyway let's keep each other updated and try to reach 10 posts to be able to send private msgs to each other .. nice to see other Cairo VO aPPLICAT here.

Not too early but wait for 15 days more and if not received any update than try to contact them.. You can send mail rtnw as they will revert your query in 20 working days....

Notarized Copies are recommended, however the document checklist says normal copies for all docs other than translated documents.

You can use any courier service of your choice.

The bank adds bank name of the 'Pay to' automatically. My DD said BMO Bank of Montreal, ON.

What about your DD's..?? Please share
