Yes, I believe UCI is generated after the envelope is opened and then they are:
1. Checking app. completeness
2. Assessing the application against Ministerial Instructions, Section 9;
3. Assessing the application against minimum requirements, Section 10;
4. Assessing the application against selection criteria, Section 11;
5. Making the selection decision, Section 12;
6. Determining admissibility, Section 13;
7. Rendering a final decision on the application, Section 14."
They can reject your app. in any stage 1-7.

Hi tolete, was any UCI no. Given to your friend. If yes, could he pls. Check as to what his ECAS status is showing? Does it identify his UCU? A very basic query, whose response could clarify a lot of thing! Could u pls get it clarified from ur friend.

Yes, He has an UCI, but no info it's available. He tried several times before receiving his package back but It was useless.

I also send them my original ECA which delivered on 22 July as my application reached on 13 June just praying that they merge my other packet with my application.... well best of luck to you i told you u will listen good news our patience will be paid do inform us

Mate, believe me - it is coming! Not today but it shall eventually. If it was not gonna work out, then your additional forms would have been rejected. But they were accepted. So chin up and wait for it
