I have a visitor visa from canada and It has an UCI , so I tried and Bingo!!!! It worked!

I'm in the same situation. My suggestion it's to order a duplicate as they said and to wait patiently for your PER. My CC was charged on june 24th and I had the chance to check my application status online , it says " in process" even though I haven't received my PER yet. So do not worry...

The game isn't over yet!! Be patience and keep the faith.!!

Nothing .... I'm just waiting...CC charged on june 24, email from WES asking a duplicate for CIC July 3, 24 hours later report completed and available for CIC.. Since then, No news.

Yes, It happened to me...that's why I have not received my PER/NER email yet.

I have the same case. My CC was charged on June 24th and I'm still waiting my PER/NER email. I ordered a duplicate report last week as requested by WES in order to CIC may have access online to double check it.

Nothing yet.... I´m still waiting for my PER.... Remember last week I received an email from WES requesting an additional report, since CIC could not verify online my ECA Report; So I did it right away but since then nothing new.

I just ordered a regular copy and that's what I sent, then 9 days after my cc was charged I received an email from wes requesting a new copy since CiC was not able to check it online, so I did it and I am still waiting for my PER email. In your case you should order FSW package....
