I would disagree with you at this point.
Please refer to form imm5669E (Schedule A - Background declaration) item no 6. sub-item (d). Read it carefully. And at the bottom of the form it is categorically written that if any of the answer is "YES", then you need to provide details. If you don't declare and subsequently they find out, it might harm your application process.

Will not harm the procedure. Again it depends on what grounds the application was rejected. If it was on criminal grounds, then one must include it. Home ties, financial issues are very common.

TO everyone:
UCI consists of 8 digits & mostly written as 0000-0000 & sometimes without - too. IF there is something on your rejection letter, previous visa etc that has 8 digits, try it, you might get lucky.

No need to ask over and over again.

:o its seems they are YET to charge applicants whom DEXTER received their applications. :(
Please correct me if I'm wrong, or I'm I being paranoid.

What I meant was that I'm yet to see any of DEXTER'S receipt Applications from the spreadsheet charged so far, while some applications of the others mentioned has been charged

Very interesting, i was looking in the spreadsheet and it's true, none of Dexter's files were charged...

And the reason for that is that Dexter only appeared on the scene from 21 May onward. Relax

It might be rejected or the process can range from 9 months to 1 year to 2 year to 3 years or never.
It depends on many circumstances,
some beyond your control , some beyond VO control. ( like strikes by officers)
so no one nor even the attorney general or VO can answer.
have patience and everything will unfold.
