Ok guys I sent my New fee payment form and Covering letter today from Toronto. It will reach there on Tuesday Morning. My bank told me, CIC tried to swipe my card till 17th but in vain. I called up customer care yesterday and they said they couldn't find any info on my file. But she also said if the card payment is not done, my file would be rejected. Now i am just hoping that my file is not yet sent back. Even if it is with them, they look at the new form and charge me again which is a little uncertain. Guys do you think any of these is possible? Please throw me your inputs.

Today i have even sent soft copies of new payment form and covering letter to both the CIC admin officer and also the general enquiry mail. Thank you for the kind words and support yesterday!!!!!

Good luck with your efforts. Isn't it that all your effort are hinged on this theory that they still have your file with them. If the case is not like that and your file has already started from there. Then.....my take on this is to call them Morning and see if they have updated your status with the file. Even if there is no update just prepare your self with the new file. As long as I know once the file is sent back they will not do any action on it.

I would really pray that this scott guy returns back your email. If he does that will be your inroad to CIO do not leave him. Scan the copy of the new payment form and send him with email. There is nothing special in the form as long as the details are right. Original has no importance the question is you must stop them before they issue you any return mail.

UCI is given once and stays forever. Obviously his last UCI will now be the same with this application.
No change in UCI.

it's urgent matter please reply me. my friend applied in 2011 his application returned due to cap.but when he got his packet he had UCI number on his application, my question is this time he again applied will this time his previous UCI will work or not.

Dont worry abt the medical at the moment. Its still a long way to go.
Now VO will consider whatever u have sent in detail, even call reference people , or might even call you for face to face interview.

Apart from X-ray many more tests are done.
