Can you pls elaborate..
Evn i hv paid WES on 28th april, but my transcripts reached thr by 15th may and around 25th may i got the report from the WES.. Which i hv sent with th application pack. Is ths is the correct way ??

This is because, WES has provided the option to get duplicate ECA report thru online till around May 1st 2013, after which they made it through hard copy of document filled and to be sent for duplicate reports. During the time from 17th April till May 1st, when we order for duplicate report thru online, we need to add 'CIC-FSWP' as an additional recieptant so that CIC can look and confirm our WES evaluvation thru online. I guess Tolete has not done that, instead he ordered a duplicate report and submitted that report to CIC..

I came across the same situvation and understood my mistake two days after i ordered for duplicate report.
But i ordered another report adding CIC as a recieptant and hence they are able to view my results online....

Yes - if you had taken a risk and ordered a WES report before knowing for sure that WES were selected by CIC for the new FSWP (this announcement was made on 17 April 2013 I think) or if you already had a WES report dated after some date in 2007, then you could simply order a duplicate report and submit this to CIC (as opposed to having to create a whole new order etc) and the duplicate would be dated as being created after 17 April 2013 and thus satisfactory for CIC. During this process you were advised by WES to add CIC as a email recipient so they would also be sent / have access to an electronic copy of your report.

It appears Rajeeve is saying that this email recipient option was taken away at or around 1 May 2013 but I wouldn't know as we ordered our duplicate report on 18 April. If the option was taken away at 1st May I would guess that Tolete might have ordered a duplicate between 17 April and 1 May and not selected the email option??

Tolete, if you are in same situation then yes, you will need to order duplicate copy. I checked online on WES, they have the CIC, you will need to search using FSW or citizenship and immigration. You will get results.

Oh no! rajeeve6600 can you please provide details of what to fill in each field in the Duplicate reports form on WES website. i think I also missed addition of recipients... :-\

Ok according to WES, the FSWP package is to comprise the following:
- Two Credential Assessment Reports sample (one for you and one for CIC submission) (Got it)
- An electronic copy of your report viewable by >>> CIC <<<
- Storage of your report and verified transcripts for future use

Are you saying that still the electronic copy is not automatically made view able to CIC unless we add CIC as recipent?? So that means if I add it now it wont cost me??

I didn't get any joy until I started call by stressing I was calling from Germany and that I had heard nothing from CIC in almost 8 weeks. I also advised that I had already emailed and not even received the automated response (which was true - this happened twice and only on the third email did I get the automated response). I think if you ask them politely if they can provide you with any information at all if they key in your full name, date of birth and place of birth - they might help. But there are lots of agents who are sticking to the "we can't access any information" line. Keep trying - I think it was my 4th call before I got any info at all!

Panam, did u ordered WES Basic report or WES FSWP package?
Both are different since under WES basic, CIC does not have online access to verify ECA report while under FSWP it does have.

Guys, i was offline for some minutes...sorry if i have confused you...here is the explanation:

When i ordered duplicate copy of my evaluation report to submit to CIC , i was able to do it online, on 19th of april.
During that time, we are able to make online request for duplicate report , but there was a note given in WES website.
Of course, i didnt read the note and ordered the duplicate report, giving my address as the receiptant address.
My order was completed and i was hoping to get my duplicate report by 2-3 days.
While looking at my WES order status online, my attention went to the note which i mentioned earlier.
The note said that if our additional report if to submit to CIC for the FSWP, we need to add CIC-FSWP as an additional recieptant, while we place the order for duplicate report, so that CIC can view our report online.
By adding CIC-FSWP as an additional reciptant for a duplicate report order, we authorize them to view our result online.

I was shocked and understood that my order was completed without knowing this fact...

Therefore, i created another order for additional report by adding CIC-FSWP as a recieptant...Simple...

Fresh FSWP evaluvations done are safe since, those are as per the CIC instructions...
