The WES discussion scared me for a while. I took the FSWP package .And it says:
FSWP CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT PACKAGE
- Two Credential Assessment Reports sample
(one for you and one for CIC submission)
- An electronic copy of your report viewable by CIC
- Storage of your report and verified transcripts for future use

I'm sure I'm on the safe side.

Tolete, if you are in same situation then yes, you will need to order duplicate copy. I checked online on WES, they have the CIC, you will need to search using FSW or citizenship and immigration. You will get results.

That's exactly how it was....... At least CiC could not send a NER to me for this reason since they have an original report on hand. However, It would be definitely a long delay .

Just got off the phone from Call Center. Still no cash updates from them. But I got File # & UCI from them. The last time they worked on it was yesterday night. According to them, they haven't made an eligibility decision yet.

So somehow it is confirmed that they first do an eligibility + MI review and then cash the applicant. @ aditya_ you might got your answer as well.

NER before payment, after payment its going to be PER.

Agreed! that also gave me a bad scare.... ! Thankfully mine was the FSWP CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT PACKAGE too. my goodness! :-\

I checked mine.. it says: Service Level:FSWP Credential Assessment. I received 2 copies of report.

So they really messed mine up... nice. I hope it was not too late to correct it by them, or I will seriously sue them, if this negatively affects my application.

Guys, what do you see, when you log on to WES account? Because under Order Summary, I see this (besides some other lines for tax, delivery, etc.):

April 21, 2013 FSWP Credential Assessment Package 1 $180.00 $180.00


But if I go to Delivery information tab, I see this:

Service Level: WES Basic


I also only got a single copy from WES, the first time, which I sent to CIC. But then I e-mailed them, about 10 days ago, to send me my second copy, which I paid for by ordering FSWP package. Then a strange thing happened. They sent me another 2(!) copies by UPS, and another line appeared under Delivery:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada - FSWP
Sydney, NS Evaluation Report
1 copy sent by MAIL
Date Sent: June 25, 2013


Could it be, that they messed it up the first time, and they did a Basic report, then CIC could not verify it online??? I hope this is not the case...

I ordered this: April 23, 2013 FSWP Credential Assessment Package 1 $180.00
Under order history it says Service Level: FSWP Credential Assessment
I received 2 copies, so I am guessing CIC would be able to verity it online?

When I click View Report it openes up a separate page on the top of which it says:

Please note that educational institutions that are AccessWES members can see your evaluation right now! Ask your institution(s) if they are AccessWES members

CIC has communicated with us that they want to review your evaluation report through WES online service.

Please order a duplicate copy of your report for CIC to be able to review your ECA

Hmm, perhaps you did not mention that your ECA's purpose was for applying to the FSWP when you submitted your application at WES. (They have a specific web form for that)
The only difference between a regular ECA report and one for FWSP, is that they provide a way for CIC to check it online. The report itself is almost identical.
