I believe now, cause I see another 1112 on Chinese forum get her cc charged on june 20 th, beside "theraven" who i told u guys that his ccis charged on jun 18 th. her application also reached at may 8th. But so far I did not hear any news on 2147/2174 in Chinese forum.

As of this morning i have seen 4 ppl whose application arrived at may 8 th get their cc charged. 1 in June 18, 1 in June 19, 2 in June 20. among them 2 are 1112, 1 is 2131, 1 is 2147.
So it is not surprise that 1112 will be the hottest NOC.
It also means there are a lots more applications in may 8 th thus CIC cannot finish their checking at same day, it took them at least 3 or mo days to proceed the cc/dd for those completed applications.

Admin can we also record the actual application received on cic website so as to compare the trend?
I do believe the 26 on CIC is only those application arrived at may 6 or 7 th, cause Farhan's 2131 is 0 while he get his cc charged.
So we can expect a surprising number in next update cause may 8 th is definitely a big day!

No, we have not received any responses from CIO yet except for the first automatic reply.., so I hope Eastwest bank also opens your card only for Canada. Thefts are unlikely to use our cards in Canada or Canadian web sites. Fortunately, my card have not been used fraudulently so far

Thanks for your reply. Yeah I know I won't be able to receive reply from them that quick. I really hope the bank will consider this option for me. I wrote a letter to the department head. Oh this is really stressful!!!!

With the speed 1112 filling, guesstimate shows it will be filled on May 13th. We don't have any applicant of May 6th & 7th [Marta was] & still CIC page shows 13. So 1 against 13.

2174, again we don't have any for these two dates, and the chance is 1 against 7. The cap might have been filled at the end of 2nd week including 2147 [or add couple more days].

nobody can predict this, as applications have been submitted in a larger number from second/third week because of WES, so any number in the first week is not relevant for second/third week of app. intake/completeness prediction

lol...I like your thinking! Btw, do a lot of people live in nova scotia? Google maps shows me a lot of "white space" which makes me think this place is full of snow 6-9 months of the year!

NS is a marvelous place... warmest province after BC, in fact Halifax is warmer than Toronto. The economy seems to be improving esp. in next years. Most important of all, Amazing people, simply amazing. Hmmm, oh did I already mention gorg girl by the way? hahaha

If I've submitted all the required docs, like WES, IELTS, Birth Certs etc etc ... but if they do find apart from all the important forms included, if one is missing, will they ask for it or will they simply return the app, saying "Next Year"...! Or if they find a mistake in a form, will they ask for clarification, OR RETURN .. ? : : :'( :'(

I did, the staff said if say CIC send my DD to bank this tuesday, they will not see it encashed 35-40 days later, that means I will not know till aug.
Actually my only concern is that CIC reject me thus my DD will never been encashed! If I had known I am in CAP, i will not worry about the exact time when DD is actually encashed!

I think we all are over analyzing and over predicting. Keep cool so we have relevant info on the forum.
There is a very high number of applicants (new ones), who apply through consultants and would hardly visit forums. Hence the estimates, predictions, analysis can all be not so accurate and are just indicators. Look at how our estimate of top NOC being 2174 is already beat up by real numbers from CIC.

I am sure that..

1. There is no lollypop, error, politics or corruption in regards to the process update or cap numbers posted at CIC. This is in line with them now taking up applications of second week and we see CC charged for people from 8th May receive date. These current charges will get included to cap update site in coming week.

2. They (CIC) are working oblivious to any calls/pressure from this or any other forum. We sometimes talk as if CIC employees are also monitoring this forum - they don't have interest or time for that. Also, they do not sit and conspire on raising revenues of courier companies - this is all run-away imagination - sply from the 2nd/3rd world candidates as corruption if common in those countries. USA/Canada do not have that on grass-root, you can not bribe a traffic cop there.

3. The numbers are correct and are for first week. Our forum numbers are mostly of a section of people who mostly applied themselves. There is a very high number of other people who applied through consultants and who applied themselves but are not posting on or visiting this forum. So, the predictions that we are 10% plus for 2174 can not be true.

Just relax, chill, the real indicators are the CC/DD charged - so let us capture that info.

Strange it took 5 weeks just to update quota of 1 day.

However looking at the figures the 2 in demand occupation look like must have been completed in 2 weeks alone.
