They have sent you PER via snail mail. So depending on the location of your city on the globe, it will take a week to two months. The best thing is, update them with your email by contacting them. It will save you at least 2 months in overall procedure.

Not only CIC slowed down, even our forum as well. This is the first time I have seen a page (797) remain the last page for more than an hour ..
