Thanks Vats.. I called them yesterday. Unfortunately both the times call could not be transferred to an agent. I have received auto reply from CIC for receipt of my mail, it means mail id is correct. Lets hope for the best.

U are right guys.. male agents are just hopeless..i tried two times yesterday but both the times male agent replied negatively... i am 5th june applicant.. CC charged 20th August but no PER till date..

Last night i called CIC but did not get my UCI on first attempt.. During second attempt a nice lady asked me my details and informed me my client ID.. I was so happy and slept peacefully... when i woke up in the morning i saw a text from my bank that my cc has been charged on 20-08-2013...
