Yes, we do have all valid birth certificates from municipal corporation and we have notarized all photostat documents before sending, except IELTS results and WES report.

And where are our admins?? there are so many people here waiting for their info to be entered in the sheet.

Just got been away for a week's holiday and was hoping to have some good news on return, but looks like my app is on it's way back.

Checked CC as soon as we got back and there has been no charge, also checked yesterday and still no charge. Looking at the spreadsheet ppl are getting charged well after my received date so it appears I have missed something in the app.

I know this has been posted hundreds of times, but what number do I phone to get confirmation of the bad news from CIC?

My application reached on same day before 1 hour of your application but my method of payment is DD.

Today, my bank said DD is not yet encashed ? shall I need to worry ?

Hello friends, We (perseverence, ravin and me) of NOC 2174 whose applications are received at the same date, May 15 at the same time, 3:18PM and used DDs were in between Shripad (1:13PM) and farazkapadia (?) They both got confirmation through their CCs… I now have mixed feeling of excitement/nervousness while waiting and hoping to receive a PER in the next few days/week.

I am curious to know that if they dont charge my DD or open my envelp due to CAP fill, will they pay from their pocket to return my Appliction and package??

So is the money charged if my appl is rejected??

They will send package in regular post... not in currier.. So whatever charges they(CIC) bear it.. .....

One question... My DD expires after 3 months of date of issue and by that I mean it expires on 17th August 2013. I was wondering if the turn of my application is after 17th August, (of course I would be rejected) will I be getting my money back from the bank?

Pardon if I missed reading answers to this question in the earlier posts.. This post is filling more faster than NOC 2174..

I am also 15-May-2013 11:30 am applicant. But payment method is DD.

I am in continuous contact with bank but India's largest bank is unfortunately said that even if have presented and cleared we would come to know after 7-10 days only because of reconciliation of Nostro Account.

So, I think only available option for DD payers is to wait for PER.

You are correct, they do not charge you for a returned application. Also they send it through normal mail(may take around 15 days) instead of courier.

I think it is also applicable to Philippine banks.. hope to hear good news from CIC.. for my case, my app was received on May 13th, however no email yet from CIC nor from the bank.. well i called them and they told me that DD is still outstanding..
