I am also 15-May-2013 11:30 am applicant. But payment method is DD.

I am in continuous contact with bank but India's largest bank is unfortunately said that even if have presented and cleared we would come to know after 7-10 days only because of reconciliation of Nostro Account.

So, I think only available option for DD payers is to wait for PER.

This is the problem with larg banks.... Others semi/small/coopratives are updating in just 2 minuts wait time....

One of the user yuvs whose application reached 15th May at 3:18 PM got his CC charged on 13 July.
So, I don't think cap has been reached, there might be some other reason for rejection.
P.S. Returned application reach applicant after 4-5 days if in Canada and more than one week outside of Canada.

just a kind of remind, my friend who applied 1122 in 2010 but failed due to cap reached, got her package back only 3 or 5 (cannot remember exactly) months after her application reached CIC. for those out of canada, the package delivery is unbelievable slow. :'(

How to contact CIC ? Please guide through.

You can mail them on CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@ cic.gc. ca(remove space after @ and gc.) provide them your PAssport number, Application received date, NOC...etc..

On succesful delivery you will get automatic reply..... If your mail bounced just try to send it again.

select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback

We should go with Forex facility only.. Many big coopratives are having this facility and also having very good customer relation...

And once DD raised it should be bound to pay to presenting entity.. I havent heard any news like DD bounced....
