A friend who provides informal guidance told me that two of her friends got their rejection letters... one yesterday and one three days ago...

Has anyone received rejections in NOC 1112?

Is there a way you can post here the rejection letter? Is it by email?

It's a second-hand source. My wife's friend told her that two of her friends got rejection letters.

I just checked the forum. If your application is rejected, apparently they don't send you an email, instead they return your package with the rejection letter. So it is too soon for these people to receive returned packages. The story seems fishy. It could be that people are spreading this rumor because they don't want others to apply anymore. All sorts of foul-hearted people out there.

This story needs further investigation and confirmation.

One of the user yuvs whose application reached 15th May at 3:18 PM got his CC charged on 13 July.
So, I don't think cap has been reached, there might be some other reason for rejection.
P.S. Returned application reach applicant after 4-5 days if in Canada and more than one week outside of Canada.

the Rejection is due to CAP or incomplete Documents? Can u make us clear and get some sort of evidence, May be the email or letter scanned

amit80203 makes a good and valid point, Saturday's CC charges show it is still open at present, however close to being full it may or may not be.
I don't think the rejections are for reasons of the cap.
I know it is stating the obvious, but the much awaited update on CIC's website should be enlightening.

even this time also I found many package returned but no email in advance

I am curious to know that if they dont charge my DD or open my envelp due to CAP fill, will they pay from their pocket to return my Appliction and package??

So is the money charged if my appl is rejected??

Sorry for the caps but my heart is racing. We received a sms today at 16:20 that Immigration Canada charged us with 1400CAD ! (quite strange on a Saturday, but who knows what procedure they have...Hope to have the PER soon ;D)
