Dear Lakmisesh......You CANNOT LAND IN QUEBEC!!!!!!!. This would be a HUGE issue. You would have bad to obtain a CSQ to be able to land in QUebec.......you can land anywhere else and THEN apply for the CSQ......But you cannot use Quebec as your port of entry for FSWP.

It is strongly discouraged to land directly in Quebec if you do not first a CSQ. But it is not impossible. Everything depends on the customs agent that the person has before it.
In all cases, it is possible to land such as Ontario to validate his permanent residence and then go live in Quebec directly.
The FWSP provides access to permanent resident status. And a permanent resident has the right to live and work in any province of Canada.

hey what is this i cant get..last week cap has been updated 1812...but again it was showing 1812...in noc list they counted..but they forget to count overall or wat??

they missed to update the total which may be 1878..

CIC always do mistakes dear. it's not a big deal for CIC. all we have to focus on individual cap count for each NOC.

hey guys, suggest please, today a member from the same date as of mine, got PER, while his application was received at 10:00AM and mine was 9:00AM. does this sound my application has a problem?

I read this somewhere in CIC instructions!!! But I couldn't find it! ???
You could work and travel anywhere in Canada regardless of what you stated as desired destination on your application form.

The money order was en-cashed on 21 September according to the email received from CIC.
