Dear Lakmisesh......You CANNOT LAND IN QUEBEC!!!!!!!. This would be a HUGE issue. You would have bad to obtain a CSQ to be able to land in QUebec.......you can land anywhere else and THEN apply for the CSQ......But you cannot use Quebec as your port of entry for FSWP.

I read this somewhere in CIC instructions!!! But I couldn't find it! ???
You could work and travel anywhere in Canada regardless of what you stated as desired destination on your application form.
I'll keep looking for my source!

At which stage CIC charges/deducts the CC/DD either starting work on applicant file or after found applicant fulfill minimum immi criteria?

Did any of my friends from NDVO get the AOR today I can't open both sheets now to check....please someone throw light on this

My guess is they transfer files in bulk. Applicants applied after May 22nd should be updated in the next batch.

CC/DD charge means you are almost in, when CIC find your application complete they charge your CC or encash your DD.
