I also have photocopies of my passport and adaptability evidences (monthly bills of my brother, his PR card). Does it make sense to provide certified true copies of those too? Thanks in advance

Well, as cic web. states if it's copy it needs to be certified.
I don't really know how does it work in reality if they pay too much attention to that.

My fedex shows expected date of delivery 15/05...will they deliver on that day or will it get delayed more.

I can validate the generic form without choosing visa office requested. I thought that it could be a optional section. However, just read the below link

So now, I am counting days when I can receive my application returned to submit again. I believe that they use regular mail that may reach at my home one month later. So this time is not our fate to live in Canada

Thats unfortunate canadacbocacoon , Did not realize u had submitted application already, hopefully this is done at their discretion and they will not return it! A month is a long time to wait with NOC 2147...........a very long time. I hope they accept it then contact you to update.

My question here is why I can validate form? Is it the optional box or not?

Not optional as per CIC instruction guide:

Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application

Indicate the name of the Immigration Office which serves:

your country of nationality, or
the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one year.
Note: Do not select the CIO as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to will submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above.

Note: If you are applying for refugee protection from within Canada, this question does not apply to you. Go to Question 5.

Yes, I also checked above information. At that time, I believed that when I can validate the form, it is completed. I dont know what I have to do now, just very small mistake that I neglected while I checked million times my application without thinking that should be a problem.
I am wonderting if CIC accept to return to my friend's address then they can send it back to us including my corrected form? If they decide to send by regular mail, my fate is decided
