From a Immigration Consultant in Canada who was contacted by a candidate whose application was rejected on 31st May 2013..Therefore, I asked this question ..because many in this forum have sent their application well within few days when the quota opened.. I am yet to start my application though ..But I still feel the quota might not get over before July end...

Hmm, Well, it's about a month now. We can really expect some rejections, progress from tomorrow. IF you can provide further details about the client, than that'd be helpful.

The figures are yet to come in for the cap from CIC, but I strongly believe that it's already overflowing. On what visa are you? For FSWP, you'll have to show around $11k for 1 person as a bank balance too.

IF you can score a job, and that'd be good for you.

i can have that much money by that time, but my assumption is that PNP needs a lot of money to investigate... I have study permit.

If i have a job offer, do you think if i could apply for FSWP at the mid of July?

dont depend what others' think about the cap ... just apply.... no one will bite you if your application reaches after the cap filled, right?

right, but i need to take IELTS general, and my exam date would be on July 8th!

just wanted to clarify something regarding the travel information form. I wrote" NOT APPLICABLE " to all the questions because I haven't travelled outside my country before. I would like to know if that is the correct answer, or should I have written " DID NOT TRAVEL" in all the lines?......please advise.

Okay. This NOC is not included in this time's FSWP. Might be an old one.

You should have written "DID NOT TRAVEL AT ALL" as specified in the form.

Hmm, Interesting, It's not just Checklist Updated on May 17th, it's Supplementary Travel Information form too get updated. It is now type able.

Both are fine. There's a checkbox to tick for Did not travel, and blank fields could have been filled by either of them

How do you know that it was May 17th?

I used the forms issued before May 17th. Actually, I signed that on May 16th, I hope it will not be a problem? The application was with courier from May 17 untill May 21, when they shipped it to CIC from Calgary.

You can check Document Properties once you open that on Adobe Reader to see when it got modified. Not it won't be an issue. CIC data entry guy is just another example why CIC has to raise the standards for hiring a better person.. :

I don't see any major changes in the travel form.

The document checklist has been changed but in my case, I sent my wife's education documents and now they are not needed. Well, at least notary public and translator did earn some extra money on that.
Only thing I see is a PhD applicants document requirement section. That may be a major change in the way CIC will do their assessment, but for NOC 24 applicants, nothing major has been changed.

And I looked on CIC website on May 17, nothing was changed in the morning. Maybe they updated it sometime in the afternoon or even on Saturday, the same they did with Schedule 3 form on May 4 in the evening hours.
