wait for 10 days . and after that u can inform the local Visa Office.

To change address a person can also do it when logged into ECAS. U dont need to send any case specific inquiry even for that.
U dont need to upload anything.
they will update accordingly.
hope it helps. Simple as it is.

Aparently the cap numbers are reflecting the amount of applicants with PER, because no one in this forum was charged or got PER after cap reached.

I am not sure this is true, because this memeber posted this on 24.08.13 and he/she sent thier app in June

One of my Referee has changed his job this July, however I am still with the same company and in same position... his contact number and one of the emails mentioned in the reference letter remains the same... Do I need to report this change of circumstance to SGVO, that he is now with another company ?

Forget this. This person has only 2 posts, I tried a dozen times to contact him/her but no response at all.

Either this person is a troll or he/she has a job offer and forgot to tell us.
