Very Little Chance but possible....A failed background check, or failed medicals can also be reasons for rejection....oh or if you commit a crime and its reflected on any new police records submitted.

alot of times you see gaps IN THE SPREAD SHEET MEANING YOU WILL SEE FOR AN EXAMPLE SOMEONE WHO GOT PER WHICH FILED IN 12-7-2013 WHILE THOSE BEFORE HIM ON 8,9,10 AND 11TH DIDNT GET PER .

MY QUESTION IS why is thius happening and is it because some members are lazy to update their data?
and is it safe to asume that if some one got per that means those before him already got it?

Hi All,

I am a June 18th applicant of NOC 0211.
Yesterday I called CIC Call center and got my UCI number. But when I enter my details in ECAS I am getting the error

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: and the reasons

Just Now I called CIC Call center again and entered my UCI number and security question, Then i got the automated message "Your application was received on 18th June 2013"

Is this an indication of my DD being en-cashed or is it normal to hear the application received date if we get the UCI?

Sometimes, persons are late in updating the info here, some persons have used Consultants so it takes a while for them to get the confirmation of Per, and then I think its also based on the pipeline system at CIC some persons may hear a few days after others.

Read spreadsheet carefully

One guy with screen name Raj0078 of NOC 1112 whose file reached CIO on 10 June and his package application returned on 15 July due to Old Form. It means his application is checked for completion & not counted in Cap because returned. And 1112 NOC cap reached in August after more than one month of his returned application. So we are sure that 1112 june applicants are sure in Cap. Experts give your suggestions on my comment please

I know it shall take 5 minutes of time but will immensely benefit as every time referring to spreadsheet to look up details of a particular member in case he/she needs advice may not be practical for all .....Even Basic info like...
1. NOC
2. Visa Office
3. App received date
4. PER received dateshall be enough..Let me give steps on how to update for ease of all..
1. Go to profile section on top right of the forum
2. Go to "Forum Profile Information" under " Modify Profile" on the Left side panel
3. Scroll down and update Visa Office, NOC Code, App Filed (mention App filed date and PER date here if received)
4. Hit "Change Profile" to saveAdvice:
Leave everything else blank as it un-necessarily takes up page when you post something and everyone needs to scroll down to see next post (if you are browsing via smartphone or tablets).

i don't know why people are not taking it serious request, everyone is mature and experienced and should understand why we are requesting it -- to help them and others and everyone in this forum.

but from long term it is good for forum member to see basic data and reply accordingly
