Guys what exactly should i say to call center executives that they tell me the UCI. They even dont want to start the searching process. Yesterday tried twice 3 hour apart and once male and second time female. after saying hi and hello, i told them straight can they help me finding status of my application. I have filed for PR and it's been 10+ weeks and can they provide me UCI number so that i can check the update, and male said i am not in sydney office but in CIC office, they can tell you, tell me the mail ID i will mail you the contact info and second lady, she said she couldn't help me as they dont have any info.

And here in this forum, lots of people got their UCI number from Call Center....please guys. Tell me what actually i should say or how to start that they give me the UCI or start searching...

One guy with screen name Raj0078 of NOC 1112 whose file reached CIO on 10 June and his package application returned on 15 July due to Old Form. It means his application is checked for completion & not counted in Cap because returned. And 1112 NOC cap reached in August after more than one month of his returned application. So we are sure that 1112 june applicants are sure in Cap. Experts give your suggestions on my comment please

but from long term it is good for forum member to see basic data and reply accordingly

I know it shall take 5 minutes of
time but will immensely benefit as
every time referring to spreadsheet
to look up details of a particular
member in case he/she needs advice
may not be practical for all .....Even
Basic info like...
1. NOC
2. Visa Office
3. App received date
4. PER received dateshall be
enough..Let me give steps on how to
update for ease of all..
1. Go to profile section on top right
of the forum
2. Go to "Forum Profile Information"
under " Modify Profile" on the Left
side panel
3. Scroll down and update Visa
Office, NOC Code, App Filed (mention
App filed date and PER date here if
received)
4. Hit "Change Profile" to
saveAdvice:
Leave everything else blank as it un-
necessarily takes up page when you
post something and everyone needs
to scroll down to see next post (if
you are browsing via smartphone or
tablets).

I understand your intent and appreciate your push to update the profiles but because of those templated responses it is very difficult to get meaningful information out of messages. Hope you will understand.
