Hi There,

Could anyone suggest me how I should write a letter to IO? Should I start like" Dear Visa officer" and so on.....Also how should be the title of this letter? Is it like" To whom it may concern" something like that? Please advice me in this case.

Any help will be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Vish

I always started off with "To whom it may concern" and ended it with "Regards"...everything in between was just simple paragaphs.

Lol!

I would opt for "To whom it may concern" or "Dear Sir or Madam". Although "hey you" would be pretty funny! ;D

As long as you sign and date it, it'll be fine.
