I have sponsored my wife who is living in NY and I have already gotten approval from Federal Canadian and provincial government. I have also obtained the Quebec Selection Certificate and now my wife has submitted her fingerprints to the NY State and FBI. We have received the clearance from the NY State and have submitted it to the Immigration Office in NY along with Quebec Selection Certificate. I am now awaiting the response from FBI, my question is what are the next steps after finger prints and how long does it take for my wife to immigrate to Canada.

you need to recieve FBI clearance 2-3 weeks after sending fingerprints ( in my case)
they will ask your wife to do medical
timeline depends on the local office you can check average processing timer on the official website of CIC for new york, I thik it depends on how long they will take to do the background check. I hope this will help you. It's very useful to check the official website of CIC and or quebec government official website
