Hi, mikomi, ang "NO RECORD ON FILE" ay ang una mong pagkuha ng NBI clearance at kahit na i renew mo pa yan ay ganun din ang remarks na lalabas kasi hindi pwedeng baguhin yan lalo na sa mga express NBI outlet at kung hit ka automatic na papuntahin ka sa main office para iverify ang identity mo.walang problema yan sa embassy,at alam na nila na wala kang criminal record.

sit and relax :-* as long as for the past ten years you have at least 1 year continuous employment ( should be in the NOC list) ..thing will sails smoothly and it will not affect your application

Ang "NO CRIMINAL RECORD" nga pala ay may pending or dismiss case sya sa Regional Trial Court (RTC) base yan sa experience ko, at forever na "NO CRIMINAL RECORD" remarks na yan sa NBI ko.,kahit na dismiss na ang kaso. kaya ang dismisal order ko at lahat ng papers sa court ay mahalaga na kailangang ingatan.

dont worry about your NBI if the remarks " NO CRIMINAL RECORD" . as long as you are clean.. VO has its own way to check if they have doubts.....no need to go back to NBI. just submit your docs and things will be allright.

Question to everyone especially to those who have already submitted their docs to embassy....with regards to Property Valuation for the settlement funds, is the valuation of City Assessor's Office acceptable? or a Private Certified Appraiser ang kelangan talaga? Please help me on this matter.. Thanks

un po question ko pa sana.. im currently pregnant and my due is on december pa, pero dpat magfile na kami ng docs sa VO this month, pnu ku pu kaya maiinclude si baby sa application namin kung di pa sya napapanganak??

I used the City Assessor's Office valuation. You could also make use of BIR's zonal valuation if you can secure one. Of course, choose whichever has the higher valuation to price your property in your Personal Net Worth Statement.

after the delivery of your neborwn child, inform your VO about additional member of your family ( prepare his/her NSO crtified BC) as well

hay anxious pa rin ako sa status ng POF namin.

Has anyone here tried submitting DEED OF SALE as proof of ownership ng property? and that property value is part of the needed POF..kumusta naman po ang result?

I think thats also acceptable, but the problem is you need to show liquid assets. because you have to show them that you have cash that you can carry to canada that you can use to establish yourself there. With properties, they have no guarantee that you will be able to convert that to cash.
