600 meters is walkable. as what ainex mentioned, you need to buy the proper gear/attire(anti freeze boots - thermal clothing, etc.). kasi kahait may snowstorm it is a regular day for them. it is also a matter of getting used to the weather and temperature.Pachochay said:Hello. We will be moving to Canada mid October and been looking for place to stay + school in the web and asked our niece in Manitoba to check them out. As she does not have children yet so would like to ask opinions of forumers. Usually bus is provided kung medyo malayo ang place nyo sa school (1.6km dun sa isang school website). Isa sa options namin, 600 meters away from the house so di covered ng school bus. Kung sa Pinas, "walkable" distance. Kaso, pag winter, kaya pa ba or sobrang challenge yun at di advisable?
I have 2 girls - 11 years old at 5.5. Thanks in advance for your inputs/advice.
