Hi, guys, im new here and this is going to be my first post. After the june 26 changes my occupation was listed sa noc (2151-A architect). I just have a few queries.

1. Do I have to submit two sets of applications? One for the CIO in Nova Scotia and one for the Manila Visa Office? Where do i send the Payment for the processing fee?

2. The application has two checklist, one for the CIO and one for the Visa Office Specific to the country, does that mean i have to also prepare two sets of copies like birth certificate, marraige certificate, police clearance so that i could attach them to their respective checklists?

3. I'm applying for myself, my spouse and my 1 year old daughter, but I'm planning to go to canada first on my own to settle down and prepare everything so that it would be easier for my wife and kid to follow and settle down with me. Is that i allowed that i go first?

Hi! ako wala naman nakalagay na address sa envelop, but you have to use the official school's envelop na nakalagay yung name and address nila then, have the registrar initial/sign the back of it, dun mismo sa isineal...get mo rin opinion ng iba,,goodluck

hello again psychnars. i'm still gathering my docs so i'm also after the 6/26 policy. kasi i already requested my TOR sa university where i graduated. the registrar asked me kung anong ilalagay sa envelope, saan ba daw ia-address yung TOR ko. kasi diba, sealed envelope yun? did u leave it blank ba, the envelope?

Hi mimi0713, at sa lahat ng nandito sa forum, The "NO CRIMINAL RECORD ON FILE" na remarks sa NBI clearance meaning kinasuhan ka, tanong ko lang pending pa or may desisyon na na dismiss? kung tama po ako at na dismiss na ipunin mo lahat ng papers mula umpisa mga transmital ng kaso at ang certificate of finality ng case i folder mo at i tabbing dahil yan ang irerequire sayo pag interview. Ito po ay base sa experience ko.i was interview last Sept. 30, 2010 at yung 2 criminal cases lang ang pinag usapan namin ng visa officer ng mahigit 1hr para akong nasa court na tinatanong ng judge. after po nun by October 4, 2010 nag PPR na po ako. by the way Pulis po ako at ang 2 cases ko ay service connected. sana po makatulong... Mabuhay po tayong lahat na naghahangad ng magandang hinaharap sa canada.

im under the latest rules (after june 2010), ms. maharlika. sabi sa instruction, do not send additional documents once you have submitted all the documents to CIO. Sa bagong rule kasi, isusubmit na all documents (orig/xerox, pof etc) except the medicals to CIO. wala na kaming isusubmit sa VO Manila office once ma-notify kami ng CIO for medicals. I-transfer na lang ng CIO lahat ng submitted docs to VO Manila. Sa old rule po ata, may 120 days ka to submit the required docs to VO Manila. Sa bagong rule po (after June 2010), Hindi na po ganun. Ang una pong gagawin ng applicant ay submit all docs required at once to CIO. Bawal daw magpahabol ng additional documents. Pero nakasulat din sa instructions nila na notify the VO incase my changes sa family members, address, work etc. Sa palagay ko po ang notification ng changes ay mangyayari kapag may reference number na application ko. Sa ngayon na waiting ako kung i-aapprove ng CIO ang application namin ay di pa ako pwedeng magbigay ng notifcation ng changes or magbigay pa ng addtional documents. Dami na pong changes sa procedures nila.

ok...wag muna..wait muna ng reference number or ist aor mo, saka na mag change...

Hi, mikomi, ang "NO RECORD ON FILE" ay ang una mong pagkuha ng NBI clearance at kahit na i renew mo pa yan ay ganun din ang remarks na lalabas kasi hindi pwedeng baguhin yan lalo na sa mga express NBI outlet at kung hit ka automatic na papuntahin ka sa main office para iverify ang identity mo.walang problema yan sa embassy,at alam na nila na wala kang criminal record.

Ang "NO CRIMINAL RECORD" nga pala ay may pending or dismiss case sya sa Regional Trial Court (RTC) base yan sa experience ko, at forever na "NO CRIMINAL RECORD" remarks na yan sa NBI ko.,kahit na dismiss na ang kaso. kaya ang dismisal order ko at lahat ng papers sa court ay mahalaga na kailangang ingatan.

Medyo special case ang nangyari sa amin kasi ako ang na interview hindi siya. Pero pinatawag ang wife ko ng Immigration Officer right after sa interview and when they are about to give the decision. Sabi ng IO, " based on your documents submitted, and the interview I had with your spouse, I found no reason for your inadmissibility to Canada"............. grabeh, we were at the oblivion when we heard the annoucement.......

Hi Bohfil, PPR na kami since yesterday. if u put that the company doesn't give employment contract, mejo hindi ata ok kasi kapag pumasok ka naman sa company usually meron ka i-sign na contract so dapat meron ka copy nun. kami kasi di tlga ako nagtatago nun kaya eto ung nilagay ng consultant namin sa affidavit:

"That the said companies cannot provide the Employment Contract due to the reason that they had already issued these documents however due to uncertain circumstances the said files were lost"

salamat sa infos jaysite ha.. cge pareview ko affidavit ulit...pero kasi talagang walang inissue na contract yung company e.. will attach sss contribution na nakuha nmin via online, company COE, JD signed by IS with their business card, copy payslips, copy company id
