i suggest kng kulang ang ipon nyo, manghiram na lng muna sa mga kamag-anak or friends. may nabasa ako na kwento sa ibang forum na nadeny kasi wlang settlement funds ng magcheck ang VO sa bank nya. apparently, ito daw yata is one of the cases na ang agency nagpapahiram sa client ng pera para lng may maipakita sa embassy. d agency opens an account in d name of the client pero may fixed period ata. not knowing na di pa nakapag bakground check si VO sa bank, close na ang account ng client. kaya ayun.

if u r a PAG-IBIG member, pwede din pakita yng total accumulated values nyo. I did that, I just asked for a certification from pag-ibig. kasi pwede din yun ma withraw upon permanent departure from the country.

good luck!

may concern lang sana ako. my husband worked in Canada as temporary worker under a different noc code. pero he did welding jobs. pero wala kami way makahingi ng employer certification from that company about his real work because it was against his declared duties. although by accident, he had a video footage about what he does in his work. will that count as a proof?

opinion ko lang po ano, but I dont think its possible coz anyone could just do the welding and video themslves..second, sabi nga ninyo against sa declared duty nya so inshort di sya legal to perform the job, sa ating mga pinoy most of us are "jack of all traits" and its a nice thing kaso problema pagdating sa ibang bansa medyo mahigpit sila..

hello again psychnars. i'm still gathering my docs so i'm also after the 6/26 policy. kasi i already requested my TOR sa university where i graduated. the registrar asked me kung anong ilalagay sa envelope, saan ba daw ia-address yung TOR ko. kasi diba, sealed envelope yun? did u leave it blank ba, the envelope?

VO might not have time to watch a video....so surely video it is not accepted.... if no certifcate/contract presented then maybe he can present his welding license ( TIG/MIG/SMAW license) or any commendation proof letter that he is a real welder..like job order, punch list or directives from his boss..payslips will be okay.. ... Neways I am a nurse but I learned how to weld too.. ( SMAW welding, Oxy-ace welding)

sino nga pala ang VO nyo sir barok?

Sorry, hindi ko na maalala. I think she is a Canadian from her looks. But she introduced herself before we started the interview. But she was so serious, very direct to the point and always maintained eye contact. I guess she assessed my sincerity.

Good luck to all of us...

Hi BM,

Just my two cents.
But wouldn't it be better to have your kid delivered in Canada? I'm not sure how the case is treated but my assumption is that the child would inherit whatever VISA the parent has (in your case PR). If you go back to the Philippines and have your kid registered here, wouldn't this be considered as an additional member to be processed by the Manila office (meaning you would have to get RP passport, etc.... process again for additional member)? Unless you would still be required to acquire Philippine passport for the new born even if it was born in Canada.

To the seniors.... appreciate if you could share your thoughts as well.

I think its treated as child sponsorship it my child would be born here after we land for PR. I just want to know how long the process would take for the child sponsorship.

It would be better for the child to be born in Canada for sure but for us, the pregnancy is quite complicated and we are more comfortable if the doctor in PH delivers the baby thats why we opt to have the baby in Manila.

thanks for your inputs.

BM
