crissy -- as long as nasa NOC iyong profession mo and for the last 10 years eh meron kang 1 yr continous paid work experience, walang case dun

is it possible na humingi lang cla ng additional certificate ng POF kapag short ng less than $2,000 yun bank certificates? although may oother assets na naka attach and may affidavit na maiiwan muna 2 kids nman ng husband ko in case ma-approve po kmi. or automatic denial po agad ito?

maximum na puwede mo dalhing pera is $10,000 so iyong iba puwede certificate.. un sabi ng agent ko.

Yup we have cash also na part ng POF. yung concern ko po is baka hindi acceptable as proof of ownership ang DEED of Sale.

incase we be granted a Visa, we will try to liquidate most of our assets para maging settlement funds. for now kasi, kulang yung cash for our POF, Im thinking na isama ang real estate properties since pwede naman din, kaya lang, yung proof of ownership ko pa lang ngayon is yung deed of sale.

how i wish i could update it po, post june 26 po kasi ako. june 23 ko naimail 1st application nmen, nasa byahe na un docs nun biglang nabago yun policy kaya we had to start all over. prayers na lang po talaga.

after the delivery of your neborwn child, inform your VO about additional member of your family ( prepare his/her NSO crtified BC) as well

Thanks silverfox...so in your case that you used the City Assessor's valuation, did you not encounter any problem with the VO regarding your land valuation? The city assessor here in our place can value my land 3x more then the BIR zonal value.

question lang po regarding sa POF..in our case kasi we have to provide CA$13,801. In that amount pwede na ba isali yung Land value? or sa cash lang talaga ang amount na yan?
