PCOS = PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome... is a health problem that can affect a woman's hormone levels, periods, and ovulation.


Dont worry it will not affect your medical report...its a minor disorder.

hi. it was indicated in the letter( item# 4) that: "4. You MUST send your package (Appendix "A", passports and photos) BY COURIER to:

Makati City 1226
Philippines

Any courier would do reyes8888. IN our case, we sent it thru Air 21.

So happy even without the MR yet....!!! Went to Pulmo Specialist the other day and according to her there is no trace of any scar in my xray...if there ever was then maybe it has calcified (? eto ba yung tamang medical spelling?) already. Reassuring coz she rin pala yung Head ng Infectious Diseases Dept sa 1 of the biggest hospitals here. Thank God for sending us good people to help us out katulad ng mga Kabayan dito sa Forum
