hello!

has anyone here submitted real estate property as POF? I have a notarized deed of sale to prove ownership.
and I cant find an appraiser to assess the property. what i have is yung municipal tax declaration which has an assessed value of P300K and a market value of P900K, pwede kaya na ang market value ang e declare ko na figure?

Salamat sa lahat ng support. Uhm sa nga nag tanong. Nag medicals kami mga aug 20 tapos i think na sed yun nasa firs week na ng september. So proly 1 mnth hintay namin bago na receive yung ppr.

we used our property as POF as advised by our concultancy.

im a post june 26 applicant tho. i hope some of our seniors who had tha same case could share some thoughts as well.

my friend , based on my application i also included my two real estate property .one appraised by official appraiser , the other was based on est. market value din lang. I suggest magpakita ka rin ng cash on bank.

Hello to everyone,

Congrats sa lhat ng ppr at my visa.. again truly an inspiration.

In few weeks time Im about to submit my application to CIC. What should be more advisable, to submit a photo copy of my current Green passport which is still valid ( until August 2012) or to renew my passport na lng then eventually submit the photp copy of the Brown color one?

hello! yes po we will include savings deposit as part of our POF. medyo bitin kasi liquid funds namin, kaya we have to include yung land and house & lot na property namin. yung house and lot naka mortgage pa sa pag-ibig pero konti nalang.

Its comforting to submit our documents when we knew others have done the same too.
