Better kung yung new passport na submit mo pra tuloy-tuloy na application process mo kesa in the middle ka ng magpapalit at mag-explain. Yung pamangkin ko nagpapalit na rin passport kahit valid pa rin yung luma (green) kung saan nakatatak din visa nya. Wala naman naging issue o tanong. Just in case meron man, pwede mo sabihin na Filipinos have been advised to convert to the new machine readable passport. Personal opinion ko lang po, let's see what the others will say. But then, bukas na yung appointment mo sa DFA di ba?

Yup today na appointment ko. And it takes 7 weeks just to get the appointment from DFA. Kaya its better to renew and submit a machine readable pasport than loose the appointment and wait another 7 weeks to get another chance to renew my green passport.

I am done with my medicals last September 24, 2010. If everything is ok, how long before they send for passport and visa issued or interview? Kasi I am thinking of getting my exam next year February, kaso baka wala pa ako visa by the time. Masyado ba ako nag fefeeling na? hahaha. Kasi I am timing my exam eh, if i take my nursing exam June baka ma bum naman ako masyado matagal. I don't even want to go there February kasi winter peak season. Thanks for the replies.

I agree, continue with the renewal of your passport. Kung tanungin ka man, valid reason naman yung renewal because of the new machine readable passport. Kung november ka magsubmit ng application, I think available na by that time yung new passport mo & yun na lang din isubmit mo.

Ey thanks talaga mga 1 week lang? Nako kailan ka mag eexam... sana sa February maka exam ako. Pag hindi sa June na lang I guess. ayaw ko lang ma bum talaga ng matagal.

land title with my name on it po ang issusubmit ko at BIR zonal valuation certificate at affidavit of real property assets notarized by my lawyer. Di ako nag-attach ng deed of sale kasi ang sabi sa CIO Manila instructions certificate or document showing ownership of the assets. Sa BiR na lang ako kumuha ng valuation, mura lang po at certified true copy at with documentary stamp ng BIR. pwede rin ang market valuation from the Assessor's Office. Actually yan tlaga ng plan A namin kaya lang sabi ng Assesor may arears daw kami sa amilyar ng lupa na dapat bayaran, masyado po kasing malaki kaya di ko priority na bayaran. Sabi ng assessor, they will issue a market valuation certificate as long as we pay the arears. Kaya sa BIR na kami nagpunta zonal valuation of land na lang kinuha nmin.

has anyone here submitted real estate property as POF? I have a notarized deed of sale to prove ownership.
and I cant find an appraiser to assess the property. what i have is yung municipal tax declaration which has an assessed value of P300K and a market value of P900K, pwede kaya na ang market value ang e declare ko na figure?

may gusto akong ishare na unting insights po re job decription. i am going to submit may docs to CIO later today. I suddenly realized that the main duties indicated in my Cert of employment dont completely reflect the duties posted on canada's website. Mga 50-60 percent lang po ang nakasulat sa akin. I received advice from forumers na hindi po pinalad na mabigyan ng pagkakataon na magmedical because of insufficient duties as indicated in the letter they received from CIO. So what I did is talked to my boss this morning lang and asked her to "re-align" my duties to that of the duties posted by the CIO. When i say re-align, i mean redo my duties, use the key words used by the CIO at made the duties customized to the industry where I belong. Medyo mahaba po ang duties ko kasi ni-justify ng boss ko per duty. Super bait po ng boss ko! Grabe laki ng utang na loob ko sa kanya. Naging maayos po ang duties ko at almost 100% katulad ng nasa CIO website. Sana po makatulong sa mga magsusubmit pa lang ang unting experience ko. Maging maingat po tayo gumawa ng cert of employment at wag pong ipagpawalang bahala, ito po ang sabi ng mga forumers na nakausap ko. Salamat po sa mga forumers na nagbigay ng insights na ito. Salamat sa walang sawang pagtulong ninyo.

sa dmp med exam nya may mga nakita sila na dapat ma clear..so ayun na refer sa mga specilist but in the long run anbigyan sya ng clearance with God will and Blessings.

neways si misis ay may controlled HPN, Hepa B at coronary artery disease , bile stone, at sa awa ng diyos ay nabigyan sya ng clearance ng mga specialist..To God Be The Glory...amen....

that's good!ganyan din gnawa ng agent ko.first i requested jd from my employer then my agent compared it to that issued by cic, edited it and had it approved and signed by my employer.basta make sure that hindi verbatim lifted from the one issued by cic kc may cases na ndedeny din because of that. good luck!

Basing on the timelines of other forumers i think you can manage to be in canada by feb if all is well with your medicals..if i were you though..i'd wait for PPR first before you sched for your exam.. suggestion lang po..
