magsusubmit na po ako ng documents to CIO, ang requirement nila ilalagay sa 9x12 small brown envelope ang mga documents, practically po impossible kasi maraming documents para magkasya sa small brown envelope, meron po ba dito sa forum na hindi ginamit ang 9X12 small envelope? meron kasi akong nakita na expandable brown envelope around 10X12 ang size. Siguro nman hindi nila ibabalik ang docs ko dahil lang sa maling envelope na ginamit ko. Sana po may sumagot sa simpleng problema ko hehehe....

Thanks for the info. Yung address na nasa brochure na nareceive ko, nakapaste lang somewhere sa lower part ng isang face nya. I am quite sure of that kaya nga natandaan ko na NAIA Road yun...

Kung hindi kasya sa isang 9x12, why not try 2 or more 9x12? ibundle mo lang sila and/or icode mo ang envelopes as 1of3, 2of3, 3of3?

Kung recommended lang nila ang 9x12, pwede ka naman siguro magdeviate... explain mo na lang na hindi kasya kaya wala ka choice kundi gumamit ng bigger sized envelope.

Kung sabi naman ay USE 9X12, i would take it as a requirement so gagamit na lang ako ng more than 1 na 9x12...

Yes. Basically -- nasa website naman nila ang content ng brochure except for the contact info na nakapaste nga lang sa brochure. Buti na lang at meron si bebong.

thanks po sa reply. i'd rather use more than 1 envelope of the same size 9x12, il indicate 1 of 3 incase 3 envelopes magamit ko and il bundle them na lang...mahirap ng magdeviate sa requirement. Nakasulat sa website, the required envelope is 9x12 sized envelope. salamat po sa suggestions!

Agree. At di pa nakuntento, nilagay pa yung equivalent sa centimeters. So it's better to follow the instructions na lang. Goodluck sa docs mo, psychnars.

Talaga? meron? so required talaga ha... parang nakikita ko tuloy na automatic nilang ibabalik docs pag maki sukat ng envelope... naku, wag naman sana, ano.

Buti nung time ko, walang ganyan. sabi lang SINGLE PACKAGE.

Nung time ko, required pa ang CENOMAR... so just for laugh: kumuha ako ng CENOMAR ng 3year-old ko! o, dive? Bongga!

For all medical conditions over the last 5 years, meron binibigay DMP na papel na ganito content:

Whenever a specialist's report or medical certificate is obtained, the report should include:
>Complete details of the current clinical status of the applicant,
>The history of onset, treatment, progression, and complication of the disease,
>Copies of reports of any relevant investigation necessary to determine the etiology, specific diagnosis stage or remission of the disease,
>The current treatment plan,
>The specialist's opinion on the prognosis of the condition and the individual's future treatment/management requirement, and
>No reference regarding medical inadmissibility to Canada/Australia/New Zealand
>Embassy requires TYPEWRITTEN reports
>Reports lacking the pertinent details listed above will cause delay or a referral to an embassy-accredited specialist.
>Please note that the Immigration Medical Officer of the country concerned may still request for additional information or investigation.
