Hi everyone!! need help po, I've been planning to apply the FSW until it reaches the changes made last June 26, 2010. It made me difficult to understand. Please be patient with my queries.

1. With the new policy all documents should be submitted in CIO along with the requirements of the visa office here in manila?? As in 1 original and 1 photocopy with notary or certified true copies??
2. The certificate of employment should it really with annual salary etc as stated in the visa office?? IS it really that tideous?? I Have all my docs n kc with me long ago pa. Me and my husband is still collecting the proof of funds, as per new policy by the time of application the proof of funds should be included. Does it mean that the only business we have in visa office is the approval, medical and release of visa?? tama po b ang pag ka intindi ko?? Maraming salamat
3. Ive done with my ielts last April which is academic, since the reqt is general i need to take it maybe by the end of august or Sept.

Please help po! mY anxiet level is too high, high enough that i cannot start typing my application for the fear that i might be committing errors. Im considering the help of representative n tuloy hehehe.

Maraming salamat po.

Hi summer 1979,

have you downloaded the instructions sheet IMM EG700, CIO Checklist and Manila VO Appendix A? Those are the helpful sheets i used in filling-up and compiling all the supporting docs.

In answer to your questions:

1. Depends on the document. The TOR for example can be certified true copy only.NO harm in sending the original i guess.. ;) While the PRC ID/license can be just photocopied. Employment certs in originals. And the list goes on. Pls check the suggested sheets and forms.

2. As per experience, my employer followed everything that was stated:

Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities and duties in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the number of hours worked per week
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the
company
• a business card of the signatory

for the meantime nobody knows kung kanino manggagaling yung approval, medical and release of visa.I myself is waiting kung anong magiging trend nitong bagong rules. But i think that should be least of your concerns now. First things first. Completion of Reqs and filling-up of forms first. Then we'll wait for the next step.

3. Your IELTS academic work both ways. Pwede sya sa immigration and registration. Mine is also academic. You don't need to take another General IELTS.

I actually have a representative.. ;) Don't worry,di ka nagiisa..i think a lot of applicants under the 6/26 rule felt the same..Please let mew know how i can be of help. Were on the same boat.. :)

no problem. just tell VO how much money u have and the bank cert. that would be fine. medyo mahirap ang work hunting....recession, summer pa..para sa mga students usually ang mga job offers. Most friends are sayng maghanap mna ng employment agencies.Im doing that..im on licensure application pa kasi...

Hi everyone..glad to finally get through..nahirapan ako mag register dito.. ;D..

anyway, meron bang my experience kumuha nang bank cert from BPI?how long does it take..yun na lang kase hinihintay ko then i'm set to send my complete application to CIO.:-)

Seven years ago, within the day makukuha mo na. Ngayon, kung kakilala mo yung Manager/Branch Cashier, malamang within the day pa din. Kung valued client ka, siguradong within the day. Kapag normal client ka lang, baka pabalikin ka pa bukas o sa makalawa.

actually madali lang makuha. i requested from bpi too and they just made me wait for 15-20 mins at nakuha ko na. i dont know if the same lahat ng branches but sabi nung manager na nagbigay sa akin ng cert, they dont include the date the account was opened. only the account balance. ask mo muna before you request cause i tried to have mine changed but yun daw talaga ang standard nila.

kakasend ko lang docs via dhl ;)

sana, tama mga ginawa ko in regards so docs and requirements.

I would like to say thank you kay mimi, karen and silverfox :)

And, to those who replied to my queries :)

hi,

regarding sa 1st AOR.. nareceive nyo pa ba yung AOR nyo thru mail? kasi ako sa email lang e. almost 2mos na from the time na nareceive ko 1st AOR sa email, pero yung letter thru mail sa mailing address ko di ko pa din natatanggap. hehe

also, yung bang 2nd AOR, Medical Request magsesend din sila ng letter thru e-mail ??

thanks in advance!

mks0308,

my 1st AOR - thru email; 2nd AOR - thru email; MR - thru post office. Until now I have not received any postal mail of my !st and 2nd AORs. Di na siguro talaga darating yun kasi di ba, below the space provided for the email address in Form IMM 0008 (Application for PR in Canada), it states "By indicating your email address, you are hereby authorizing CIC to transmit your file and personal information to this specific email address." So unless their correspondence necessitates to transmit forms like the medical request, they would utilize the email address provided for convenience and faster communication.:)
