hi,

here's my thought on that....if you qualify for more than one critical skill in the Ministerial Instruction, better use the new forms as it contains an order of preference in which you want to be assessed...

hi leigh anne.. thanks for the advice.. pero all my listed jobs naman pertain to a single NOC..
ok lng kaya yung dating format pa din submit ko? wala naman changes except yung sa part ng form regarding language.. kasi before I checked "No" dun sa kung nag-take ako ng language proficiency test (since I just planned to just submit before a written submission) pero i decided to take the IELTS nalang para sure. kaya kung may iuupdate man ako e yung portion lng na yun sa IELTS.

Thanks!

Hi aliyah, parehas tayo na processing started July 17 (according sa ecas ko) but unlike you, I haven't received my med request. Sa manila ka ba nakatira? Province kasi ako at sobrang bulok ng postal service sa Nueva Ecija (di ba Kikokits?) I was hoping na dahil lang sa delay sa post kaya wala pa ang mahiwagang med request ko.

1st AOR from London VO - Mine is thru email only, MKS better get allpapers ready, don't wait for the snail mail. ;)

Salamat sa mga bumati...after all the waiting, the impatience, the anxiety ay natapos din.

Pagkatapos yata nun ipapadala nila yung sa PRC and previous employer?

hi guys,

its been a while...sorry me and my family did a lot of apartment hunting and job hunting too. hehehe... ang hirap pero exciting.having 3 kids...wheeewwww!!!

We left manila july 21 via korean air. nastress kami lahat kasi 10k pesos lang pala or 10k usd ang pwede ilabas na pera kaya ipapalit nyo na ang pera nyo at ung iba idraft or money order. dami instances iba confiscate ang pera pagdating sa departure area.

Arrived at Pearson international airport July 31 at 9 pm. ngeekkk!!!! maaraw pa guys nung nag land ang plane...kasi nga daw summer...

mababait sila lahat. customs and immigration officers were very nice. wag magreklamo sa mahabang pila...nagagalit sila pagreklamador. I had cash and bank stements and certificates. the VO didnt even bother to count the money or check the bank statements, nagtanong lang sya how much we have.

didin sila nagcheck ng list of goods. they do check documents if there's goods to follow.

@ weeks after we arrived, a transferred sa apartment. magprepare ng money kasi first and last rent ang hinihingi.tapos pag walang present job at walang credit history, landlords like to see at least money in your bank accounts that is good to pay at least for a year rent.

our first week was mainly for SIN application, opening a bank account, purchasing of mobile phones at walang kamatayang lakaran at pagsakay sa public transpo.

second week, lipat ng apartment, pakabit ng homephone at internet kaya ngaun lang ako nakapag post ( sorry).

for the coming week, sana makastart na si hubby mag work. ang dami pinoy dito sa mississauga. Most of the time by saying hello to them, we got a lot of info about jobs.

okey till here muna....post ulit ako...

goodluck to evryone...

Hi!! im quite confused with the requirements in fee payment it says that:

Step 3: Pay the fees
Calculating your fees

Use the table below to calculate the total amount of fees to be paid. There are two (2) types of fees:

1. The processing fee which must be included with your application
2. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested by the Visa Office at a later stage if your application is approved.

Note: Complete the Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence – Federal Skilled Worker Class (IMM 5620) and include it with your application to the CIO. On-line payments are not accepted by the CIO.

i do not know which is which? Hope u can help, thank you!!

ALIYAH,

MEDS KA NA DIN SA WAKA...

Char,

Hi everyone!! need help po, I've been planning to apply the FSW until it reaches the changes made last June 26, 2010. It made me difficult to understand. Please be patient with my queries.

1. With the new policy all documents should be submitted in CIO along with the requirements of the visa office here in manila?? As in 1 original and 1 photocopy with notary or certified true copies??
2. The certificate of employment should it really with annual salary etc as stated in the visa office?? IS it really that tideous?? I Have all my docs n kc with me long ago pa. Me and my husband is still collecting the proof of funds, as per new policy by the time of application the proof of funds should be included. Does it mean that the only business we have in visa office is the approval, medical and release of visa?? tama po b ang pag ka intindi ko?? Maraming salamat
