summer1979 said:Hi everyone!! need help po, I've been planning to apply the FSW until it reaches the changes made last June 26, 2010. It made me difficult to understand. Please be patient with my queries.
1. With the new policy all documents should be submitted in CIO along with the requirements of the visa office here in manila?? As in 1 original and 1 photocopy with notary or certified true copies??
2. The certificate of employment should it really with annual salary etc as stated in the visa office?? IS it really that tideous?? I Have all my docs n kc with me long ago pa. Me and my husband is still collecting the proof of funds, as per new policy by the time of application the proof of funds should be included. Does it mean that the only business we have in visa office is the approval, medical and release of visa?? tama po b ang pag ka intindi ko?? Maraming salamat
3. Ive done with my ielts last April which is academic, since the reqt is general i need to take it maybe by the end of august or Sept.
Please help po! mY anxiet level is too high, high enough that i cannot start typing my application for the fear that i might be committing errors. Im considering the help of representative n tuloy hehehe.
Maraming salamat po.
Hi summer 1979,
have you downloaded the instructions sheet IMM EG700, CIO Checklist and Manila VO Appendix A? Those are the helpful sheets i used in filling-up and compiling all the supporting docs.
In answer to your questions:
1. Depends on the document. The TOR for example can be certified true copy only.NO harm in sending the original i guess.. While the PRC ID/license can be just photocopied. Employment certs in originals. And the list goes on. Pls check the suggested sheets and forms.
2. As per experience, my employer followed everything that was stated:
Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent
in each position
• your main responsibilities and duties in each position
• your total annual salary plus benefits
• the number of hours worked per week
• the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the
company
• a business card of the signatory
for the meantime nobody knows kung kanino manggagaling yung approval, medical and release of visa.I myself is waiting kung anong magiging trend nitong bagong rules. But i think that should be least of your concerns now. First things first. Completion of Reqs and filling-up of forms first. Then we'll wait for the next step.
3. Your IELTS academic work both ways. Pwede sya sa immigration and registration. Mine is also academic. You don't need to take another General IELTS.
I actually have a representative.. Don't worry,di ka nagiisa..i think a lot of applicants under the 6/26 rule felt the same..Please let mew know how i can be of help. Were on the same boat..
