I used CIC - Canadian Immigration Consultancy. It is genuine and very fast in processing all documents. They have different departments to facilitate the processing, from assessment to finalization. My application was received by CIO in Nova SCotia on March 23, and now we have already medical request. Its not even on its 3rd month and yet we already have that request. Its pretty quick. Goodluck!

I suggest you do it by yourself. Before preparing application you must go through this website
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

to understand the process. I do the same by myself. So try it by yourself and save the money to spend somewhere else.

Having consultant has no advantage at all....just read this topic posted by a senior member & reliable member of this forum.

Example: John Carlo P. Cruz, say, P stands for Paterno
FAMILY NAME: Cruz
GIVEN NAMES: John Carlo
3rd Box: Paterno

Sundin mo lng yung pagkakasulat ng name mo sa passport mo.

I agree with RLS canada...better apply it yourself especially if you have time to go thru the process...ask with someone you know who might assist you n fillinf up forms...asking for reference letters from former and present employees...and visit the website of CIC as given by RSL. you can save money and you get to hve better understanding of the whole process...but if you have more than enough moeny to spare and wants to free yourself of the burden of organizing your papers then a good agency will be good such as the one suggested by one of our forumers...

Hi Mitz,

I received the med request on June 10, 2011 but the letter was dated June 3, 2011 which was also the 1st day of the "in process". It seems like they reviewed my application and sent the med request all in one day. They also asked for other documents like FBI, passport size pictures of my step children and RPRF. In the letter, it says that once they received the pictures, only then that they will issue the medical instructions. We will be sending the documents tom so they can issue the med instructions. I wonder how much the medical exam costs for each person. Please let me know if you got your request too. Im sure its also on d way na. Goodluck to all of us! God bless!
