I resigned last May pa. & I plan to take PDOS late June/ early July kasi...

hindi rin ako cgurado but i think kung anong NOC ang inaplayan mo yun na rin ilagay mo sa PDOS.

Hi guys!!! Newbie here..im reading a lot of post already and i just want to ask regarding my surname, i got married last 2009 and me and my husband plans to apply this july 2011 and im the principal applicant, my passport is still under my maiden name and not yet expired and i was thinking of using it for my application this july 2011, however im scared that this will cause the rejection of my application or denial of the application for my husband due to different surnames, did anyone here tried applying with the same case i have? And also i was thinking that most of my files which i am sending are still on my maiden name coz it is a nightmare to change my status. Is it possible to just change my surname after i renew my passport or before we go to canada, which ever comes first.. Thanks! Godbless ;D

you may ask directly our captian here qrax regarding your query...may be send him a PM...as for my opinion, i think you have to use the name as it appears in your passport and other legal documents...have u downloaded application forms already? just follow the instruction guide that gos along with the list of forms you need to fill-up...anyways you will have to send NSO copy of your marriage certificate and CENOMAR na rin that will show ur civil status.

parehas tayo ng status im also waiting for my MR...but my docs are in London VO. If your VO is Manila you will have ur MR soon..as it seems to be faster in Manila.

I'm here in Canada, currently working here as a contractual my vo is in Buffalo...hopefully will have our MR soon..but as I heard buffalo is the lowest in the world. Thanks for the reply.Goodluck and godbless to all!!!
