Hello sa lahat. Share ko lang my feelings. Nakakainip ng mag antay sa visa natin. Ang tagal2 e last stage na natin to, pinapatagal pa. Sana everything will be in place na at dumating na visa natin within this month para maka move on na like buy a cheap ticket, pack lahat ng madadalang needed na gamit, prepare all credentials na kulang, at magkaroon na ng peace of mind. Grabeh it's a long wait, a year-long process din and pressure sa pag antay. Even my friends, relatives and family members keep asking me matutuloy daw ba ako at bakit matagal ang visa ko when in fact madami akong mga nakasabayan sa CIIP and COA seminar na nasa Canada na. Ako na lang sa batch namin ang naiwan kc la pa visa ko.

Lord please grant us a miracle soon na mabalik na ang PP namin wd visa. Keep our spirits high Lord for you in You we lift all our worries and anxieties. Be merciful to us, Lord.

We received our 2nd AOR last august 30, but till now wala pa kami medical request. Nag email na kami last Nov. 30, and the response is just check sa status on line. Why it took so looooonnnnnggggg ...........

I read sa previous post si july4 at elmo ba yun, halos ka time line namin last December wala pa rin pala sila medical request? Musta na kayo ano na update sa nyo?

Hi! Same feeling, ako 62 days na pong nag aantay ng Visa.

i hear you!sobrang ang hirap mghintay.the first 30 days medyo okay pa pero after that nkakaworry na tlga.what i did is i went to the embassy last week to confirm kung may application nga tlga ako or nabubuhay lang ako sa kasinungalingan...lol! fortunately ang sabi nmn ng customer service sa akin..."right now your passports are not with you, they are with us so just wait for further notice" ;D

Hi! Sa Winnipeg din ang landing namin ng family ko. May nahanap ka na ba na apartment? A friend of mine is trying to reserve one unit for us at Villagio Aparmtment. I hope will get our visas soon!

i can feel the agony too, coz once i had same feelings with you too! pero wag lang kayo mainip, darating din yan, once me isa na lalabas, tuloy tuloy na yan...parang chain...

Hi Westpoint,

First of all, I'm sorry on how your application turned out. From my interpretation, the agent that you've hired caused all of this. Aside from making a mistake on the application procedure (having two applications instead of one), what I find more disturbing is the fact that even your payment wasn't received by the CIO - hence their reply of none payment.

If you are pursuing this, there are two course of action which I personally think you must do.
1. Check and investigate what transpired on your previous application
2. Launch New Application

For the first item:
a. Get all the facts from your agent - para kasing nde nila alam ang ginagawa nila. Get the copy of your submitted application and see what they have done.
b. I'm sure you have the bank draft. You can verify when the bank draft was negotiated (encashed).
c. Check the tracking number of the courier (DHL) when they submitted the application
d. Refund. This one calls for it specially if it is proven that the cause for rejection was your agent's incompetency.

For the second item:
a. I suggest that you do the application yourself. No more agents. All of the information are in the CIC site. Plus you have this forum and other forums in the net that can guide you in the process.

Don't give up if you really have that dream of migrating. I've read accounts from other applicants who failed once but tried again and succeeded.

thanks a lot sa input!!! really appreciated it...i have emailed my agency again para me record ako ng kung ano man mairi reply nila, hope maayos din to, haay...imagine i started with manitoba pnp 2007 pa, then the result came 2009 pero walang ngyari, then my fsw at july 2009, and here i am still trying...

but as they say: "those who keeps on trying succeeds" kaya tuloy pa rin po ang buhay

wow ang saya naman, alberta ka din ba? yun daw kasi pinaka best option ko sabi ng agency ko,, wala pa akong employer, nagtatry pa rin mag apply online may mga nagrereply naman kaso lang may mga hinahanap na certifications even as nurse attendant laNG
