pips, im currently here in jeddah. im confused kung saan gagamitin kong bank. i have a bank here and also in the phil. ano po mas ok na kunan ng bank certificate? hassle kse ang sa pinas coz dapat personal unlike here na i can just go to the bank anytime. thanks po sa tulong

@annie_t - for me its better to get bank certificate to the two banks, in my case nakakauha ako bank certificate even though wala ako sa pinas kung bpi bank mo sa pinas my form sila na pwede iauthorize kahit hindi yung depositor.

I just want to know on how the FBI replied on your request? Did they send you an email or sent the results via courrier?

When I send it thru courier kailangan ko ba bayaran na yung para sa pagpapadala sa akin ng resulta?

BTW, did you also send a state police clearance?

Pinadala sa akin ang FBI clearance through regular mail. Hindi ako sure kung pwede ka magpadala ng pre-paid mailing envelope kung gagamit ka ng courier e. Nagpagawa di ako ng state police clearance. Dumating iyon after 4 days lang. FBI talaga ang matagal!

Good Day po sa lahat...

Plano po ng partner ko na mag-aaply under FWS sa Canada, qualified naman po cya kaya lang nagiging main concern namin, yung civil status nya. Married po cya pero di sila legally separated nor annulled. CLP po kami for 5 years na at me 2 anak na kami, we can prove naman our relationship. Dun po ba sa form na IMM008, yung #9 ilalagay daw po ba nyang common-law tas dun sa #10 naman ilalagay daw po ba nyang previously married cya? halos 6 months lang tumagal yung pakikisama nya, 4 months dun nasa abroad pa cya.

Ano po bang magandang gawin regarding the problem? Can anyone advise me po?

Medyo complikado sitwasyon but your partner is still married to his wife. I think you need professional help regarding this one because you'll end up being left behind if your partner pursue the application with CLP or not.

Wait for the RPRF request from the V.O., usually it's bundled with the medical request forms, instructions on how to pay it is indicated with the request.
