I think per NOC, per VO, per country May isa akong nakita na muslim sya from Pakistan if I am not wrong... Same timeline with me, same VO (Singapore).. same NOC... kaso wala pa syang Medical request until now... Siguro yung country of origin is a factor

VO needs updated PCC from current country of residence so better get one for safety measure

I received my passport request at the same time with my passport all in 23rd Oct 2014 thru email... However, i only submitted my passport last 6th of January because i was waiting for my FBI Clearance...
