Hi manila_kbj! I'm just wondering about rejection during MR waiting stage...usually what are the reasons?
Because recently i saw someone posted that he/she got DM pro nde pa sya ngppamedical...i don't want to entertain negative thoughts...pro mejo nakakaworry kpg may gantong case...

Ito po yata yung may case na 67 yung points na claim nya.. tapos 65 or 66 lang sya based sa assessment...

Meron din akong nabasa na denied sya due to misrepresentation...

hi kaeleemom, for jenstine case, hinde nya nakuha ang 5pts for adaptability kasi wala atang birth cert syang napasa ng relative nya. i think magaapeal sya since may 30days naman to appeal on the letter. hoping na maging okay ang lahat since madali lang naman iprove ang case nya. ang mahirap kasi is hinde match ang JD or POF. i think yun ang critical.

Ganun ba...let's hope and pray for the positive result of her appeal....
Re: JD mismatch db nacheck na to prior to PER? So may case dn na ganto before s CEM?

That is really a sad news. Cguro sa dami ng files from CIO stage, di na check kagad if ganun.. But mabuti naman at nka pag bigay ng 30days ang CEM for reconsideration. Hopefully, it will be sorted out.

Hirap matanggap minsan in cases like this, kasi when you got your PER parang malaking tinik na na tanggal pagkatapos sa VO pa ulet bumalik ang tinik at lumaki pa..

Madaming pwedeng rason pero common ang jd mismatch. Pag nagkaron ka ng dm na wala ka pang medical, that is a sign of rejection. Keep on praying. Kung tama naman ang mga provided mong documents at alam mo na qualified ka, wag masyadong mag-alala. Positive vibes, darating ang magandang balita.

Hehe di ko na chinecheck ecas ko kasi i'm expecting my 3rd line to be on March 1st week.
I randomly checked today and wallah! I have the 3rd line.

Hi,sureluck! Same case rin ako, di na approved ang 5pts for my adaptability kasi di nmn nirrquire ng agency sakin ung nso copy ng relative ko,but then i tried again, application received date was dec. 19,2014. Hoping for the best this time.

Bubuksan naman yung application package mo. I don't think they will reject your application just because of wrong NOC code made by DHL. Kung matched naman label ng envelope mo and NOC code as what had written in your application forms kung saan ka nagkeclaim ng points, ok lang yan. Ako di ko naman naexperience pero opinion ko lang ito and hope nakatulong sa iyo. Just keep the positive vibes po and of course pray na lang po tayo.

I guess it wont cause your application to be rejected, yun nga lang mas may konting delay kasi it might be forwarded to the handling officer of the NOC indicated in the plastic envelope. Once opened, then that's the time that it will be forwarded to the proper agent handling your NOC.
