Philippines Visa Office is slow. NDVO is now giving MRs to September applicants but for us they are still stuck with June and July applicants. Sad

Question, what do you think is the factor why they are asking some people for updated POF? Is it because their salaries and other financial proof don't suffice or justify the accumulation of Proof of funds?

Guys any update? Im an 8-15-14 applicant still waiting for my MR. 12-4-14 PER ko. Guys ilan na nga ang dpat proof of funds? Ok lng ba binawasan ko yung bank account ko?

Hi,

pwede naman.. just be sure and prepared if ever VO will request an updated POF, you need to provide the minimum required Funds by that time..

Were you called for interview at Manila VO office?

Purpose of Interview

If required, a selection interview would be conducted for several reasons:
To verify the validity and truthfulness of certain information provided on the forms and documentation submitted with the
application.
To clarify any specific information and inconsistencies.
To clarify certain issues as regards to the background of the applicant and/or his/her dependents.
To verify that the applicant possesses the necessary funds to settle in Canada.
To confirm that the applicant is not inadmissible on security grounds.
To verify if there are sufficient grounds to use positive discretion, if the applicant's point total is below the current pass mark.
Under the new regulations, visa officers will no longer conduct interviews to assess an applicant's language proficiency or personal
suitability for immigration purposes.

Browse ka sa fsw 2013 pinoy, kakatingin ko lng now...ang dami nila tips dun..fone lng kc gamit ko now kaya mejo hirap ako magcopy paste d2...hehe..

Yep they are raining now with May & June for PPR's/DM's.. parang bigla silang bumilis. Parang may memo ata from CIC HQ na bilisan nila. Kasi from what i know, NDVO has the most applicants processed.

Based on what i have read previously, the one you mentioned is i believed the one of the top factor..

Some tips for the prospective applicants appearing for interview.
- Carry along with you the xerox copies of the initial application filled by you.
- Carry original of all your educational certificates and job offer/contract letters mentioned in the application.
- English language test results copy.
- Passport
- You may be asked questions about your field of study.
- Your present job responsibilties and other details to ascertain you can settle down in canada under your job category.
- Before the interview date do some research about the city where there is maximum demand for your trade.
-Be cool and don't bluff. Speak the truth
