@ nikka - Kahit na 2 months lang sila nagkasama physically pero na-consummate ang marriage, then it is legal. Technically kasal pa din sila ng ex-wife niya. Sa pagkaka-alam ko, hihingan kayo ng CENOMAR when you apply as common-law partners. At hindi makukuha ng partner mo ang CENOMAR niya kasi kasal pa siya sa iba.

Thanks po... Gusto daw po nyang ilagay na married cya pero di sila legally separated, then idedeclare din daw nyang nasa common law relationship cya at present. pwede po ba ang ganung sitwasyon sa canada? if not, ano po maiiaadvise nyo?

oo nga sis. hopefully d ako mahirapan to secure the docs required. when ka nag apply? we need to fill up the IMM-008 form ulet no for VO and include POF, police clearance and 6pcs pics? kelangan magawa ko na to. d ako makatulog. kinakabahan. hahah. tulong naman po jan from seniors. thanks po

Last Feb 24,2010 kami nag umpisa ...NBI clearance yata at General Training IETLS result for the principal hehehe wag limutan. Kaya mo yan... dami sa mga seniors paalis na or landed na yata...Kaya natin to.

Ayun, konting questions Lang naman ang tinanong samin ng immigration officer, kasi nideclare naman namin lahat ng dala namin, may dala kaming foods kasi pero no meats products. Basta, declared lahat.. Don't ever attempt to lie kasi pwede ka nilang masilip. Tapos we were asked how much money we brought with us, sinabi Lang namin, Hindi na hinanap yung pera mismo. Hindi nga kami masyadong tinanong.. Swerte din namin kasi sabi ng mga relatves namin, random daw talaga. Tapos ano pa ba.. Yun pa Lang makkwento ko eh puros alis muna kasi lately kasi nipapasyal kami ng mga pinsan ko tska nagpasama na din pala kami magpakuha ng SIN.. open naman ng account bukas..

Thanks for the reply Mimi0713. I will do the same thing, enclosed the pics in each envelope and write the name of the person in photo and the date of birth outside of the envelope.
One more query for all pls. Regarding the forms for submission to VO, do we have to sign it with fresh dates or it should have the same date as it was submitted to CIO?

yng 2nd copy ko ng initial forms submitted to the VO has fresh signatures but same date as the docs i submitted to the CIO. yun na din po sinubmit ko sa visa office, but i attached affidavit of some updates/changes to my situation like work employment and new passport details.
btw, yng pictures po namin has name, date of birth, date photo was taken, eye color and height at the back. bale naabutan po kasi ako ng new visa office specific instructions which have some discrepancies with the previous. medyo nalito din ako, so ang ginawa ko is to supply the information asked by both instructions. para safe.

ito po nakalagay sa previous visa office specific instructions:

Supply six (6) photos for each member of your family and yourself. Follow the instructions provided in section How to Complete the Forms of the application guide and in Appendix B: Photo Specifications. On the back of each photograph, write the name and of birth of the person who appears in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken.

ito naman po nakalagay sa application for permanent residence package (EG7).
Step Action
1 Take the Photo Specifications sheet (found in Appendix B of the Visa Office specific instructions) to a photographer.
2 Ask the photographer to provide you with the number of photos required in Appendix A of the Visa Office specific instructions for yourself and each family member.
3 On the back of one photo of each person, write the name of the person in the photo and his or her height and eye colour.
4 Enclose the photos of each person in an envelope and seal the envelope.
5 Write your name and date of birth on the outside of the envelope.
6 If the CIO advises you to submit your application to a visa office for further assessment, staple the envelope to your application form. Be careful not to staple or bend the photos. (note: mali po ako dito kasi i stapled my photo on the form; i just hope and pray it will not delay the processing )

I think it would be best to consult an immigration lawyer regarding this.. kasi legal matter na ito.. baka maling advise pa masabi namin..

Ganyan eksakto ang ginawa ko. Bankdraft at fingerprints ang pinadala ko. Pinagawa ko iyong fingerprinting sa isang fingerprinting-service company. Parang $50 yata ang charge nila e. Ang kinaganda nun e siguradong walang problema sa prints mo. Pwede ka magtipid at ikaw mismo ang gumawa, kaya lang kapag may problema, tsaka mo pa lang malalaman pagkalipas ng maraming linggo. Nakuha ko iyong FBI certificate after 9 weeks.

I just want to know on how the FBI replied on your request? Did they send you an email or sent the results via courrier?

When I send it thru courier kailangan ko ba bayaran na yung para sa pagpapadala sa akin ng resulta?

BTW, did you also send a state police clearance?
