Dear honourable minister,
My e-cas status for permanant resident under FSW1(NOC-3111) is showing recieved by newdelhi visa office pending review.
My application recieved by CIO on 5 may,2010 and i submitted my full application and supporting documents on 7 october ,2010 to new delhi visa office.
I got acknowledgment letter of reciept of my complete application package from newdelhi visa office dated 18 november,2010 along with reciept of payment for landing fees too.
New delhi visa office asked me to contact them directly if i didnt hear anything in 3 months after submission of my full application package and secondthing they mentioned processing time of 8 months to finalise myapplication.
I observed that many of my collaegues under same occupation list (specialist physician) who applied postjune2010 under ministerial instruction 2 got their medical and passport request by newdelhi visa office earlier than me though they have applied after me .
If canada is looking fast immigration as per their job market needs then why so much differences in processing of the clients with same occupation ?what is the rationale of processing the specialist physicians earlier whose files recieved by visa offices later then me ?
It means i should reapply again since i am also under new29 occupation list to get priority in processing of my application but it will be a lot of hard work again for me.
I do understand that 1,44000 applications have to get yet decisions for permanant resident programme under FSW ,but i cant understand why CIO is accepting new applications if there are already a lot of applications pending review under new canadian job market needs at newdelhi visa office?
Kindly help me in this regard and do the needful.
Thanking you.
Truely yours,
sadika.

nice graph mni +1 for u

@mni

good thinking. good work. good stats

Thanks guys. I thought some patter might come out but ND working methodology is somewhat confusing

But I am not able to draw any conclusion from this data.
1. 4131 and 0213 are the only two NOC where actual "In Process" status change happened but no change after for the last 2-3 months[even not in process with RBVO].

2. On the other hand 0111 and 1111 is progressing at a constant pace.

3. Both 0631 & 3112 are in the 29 NOC list but no progress noticed on them.

Might be that this sample size is too less to draw any conclusion.

hi my noc code is 0631 and i got in process with rbvo on 26th april. please update.

Not to panic. (All mail correspondence you saw about the 2 year delay was non sense)

There was such delay previously also.

I guess, things will move fast in another 10 days time.

May be Immigration Department also is going through the year end processess. (A canadian friend of mine commented so)

People have received such mails.

I agree that not all people will have to face 2 year delays, but what if you are that person???

I have one query.

I gave IELTS in April'10 & submitted PCC in June'10. Does I need to retake IELTS, when my file turns to in process as 1 year has already elapsed? Does I need to obtain another PCC for me and my spouse as 1 year has elapsed?
