no AEO. I didnt sent any emails/enquiries to them ever. In process is a combination of FTD and 2nd AOR. my FTD is no doubt in June but 2nd AOR is early July, I feel that may be the reason. It is showing In process from past 2 weeks and adress missing. I check atleast once everyday and observed it is like that only.

what is your 2nd AOR date.........tell me so that we can draw some pattern

FTD - 4th May / Docs sent - 15 Jul / 2 nd AOR by early aug i.e 02 Aug.

as i know from forum picking up files are based on FTD / but it may also depend on docs sent or 2 AOR .

pls clear because CHC ND behaves randomly .
