I recieved my 2nd AOR in September 2010.
The file transfer being in May 2010.
NOC being 0631......Visa office : New Delhi
Still the status is RBVO
Gosh.........when the status would change to in process!

Had sent a case specific inquiry and they replied it takes minimum 8 months to start the process.

If you don't want to miss the bus, my suggestion is put in a new application simultaneously under the current rules since your NOC qualifies. It will be processed much much faster.
I know it's not easy (giving IELTS etc. again), but then things look bleak for all other categories (pre 26 June 2010), especially with the reduced quotas.

Hi All,
Today my status changed to 'In Process', but inside the details are same as 'RBVO'. I wonder whether it is a genuine change :

and if so,
when will the message "...We started processing..." appear?

Thanks a lot for ur wishes. I hope that my status changes further soon. BTW, since our NOC's are same and FTDs are similar, I guess ur status should soon
be "In process"

, if not already happened.

OPne observation from the list above is that all candidates of NOC 0213 irrespective of the file transfer date, are still in RBVO status. :-X

Most of the people who have in process have the same details as rbvo.
If things would have been really in process than I should have got medical request by now.
My status is in process since 26th Jan.

As of today atleast 10 ND Post 26 June applicants have got medical and RPRF and PP request

they are really lucky guys. If my NOC would have in 29 professions, I would have filed 3rd application by now.

( Pls. note I have 1st application pending since sep 2006 and 2nd pending since april2010)

I too noticed this yesterday while updating the list. However if you look at the Jan/Feb/Mar file transfer thread, there are a considerable number of people on 0213 who got their visa and a couple of people on In Process and RBVO status. There are 0213 guys who have received medical requests in Feb. Probably it is just a question of time. I believe if our case is strong (with atleast 10+ years of experience in IT) we still would stand a good chance. This category is also one which is intensely scrutinized, hence probably the delay. I think we just should be hopeful.
